The location, in the old town and overlooking the marina was lovely. There is a supermarket two minutes from the apartment and a great choice of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby The apartment is well equipped and very generous in size. Mercedes, who met us and handed over the keys, also gave us some invaluable suggestions of where to go and what to see in the area. Laredo itself has an amazing 5 km long, immaculate beach, but it is not over-commercialised, so very quiet when we were there.

There was some noise from the street during the night, especially at weekends, which isn't a problem if you keep the windows closed. There are fans provided in the apartment.

proximity to the beach is great and the view - breathtaking, it is spacious, two bathrooms are comfortable and the balcony is nice

It has lots of small decoration items in the living room which makes a cacophony of a view (seemed like we were visiting an older relative 😜), it is a little outdated, but in good condition

Superb! Perfect location in Laredo for beach, Laredo old town and close to the action. Really lovely views from bedroom, living room and balcony. Apartment well equipped and perfect for our family of 5. Laredo itself good base for exploring the region as close to Bilbao, Guernica and Santander not to mention the many lovely beaches nearby. Would recommend paying extra for the private parking that is available with the apartment as Laredo is very popular so parking is difficult. All in all, lovely apartment. We didn’t want to leave and definitely hope to return to.
