Sitting on dock of the bayou was relaxing and there’s as much nature out there as you can stand. I want out in the morning and at night. Since I was there for business, I rushed back every night to chase the sunset over the bayou. The morning sounds are peaceful and nature is certainly active! This location is perfect to access stores and restaurants. Everywhere we went felt near by. The house is interesting, unique and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly and the area is pretty quiet except the snoring dog next door.

House was very roomy and clean. Good neighborhood and very quiet.A fresh coat of paint and a little updating and this place would be over the top.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and clean. We came during Christmas, and we appreciated the small decorated Christmas tree in the dining room. Melanie was a great host and was only a text away. We enjoyed driving to nearby Biloxi and also to New Orleans. The house had everything we needed!

Came to the coast with friends for the Peter Anderson Festival. House has great views. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Well stocked. We’ll be back again!

Great, it exceeded my expectations…

Peaceful and very relaxing

This was a grat place for us.

The house had roaches (killed several on walls, in drawers and bathroom), the deck sinks in the middle, stairs in outside deck of master need attention rotten/missing boards, trash cans were full and wasp nest on back deck. Nice location house just needs good deep clean(regular clean period), pest control and maintenance. Outside of those issues we enjoyed our stay house served it’s purpose but not worth what we paid for the issues we dealt with during our stay.

Nice house, loved the master bedroom and bath. Plenty of room for our whole family. The only thing I would say is there a several boards on the decks and stairs (especially one off the master bedroom) that need to be replaced. Everything else was great. I would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay at this home. We needed 4 rooms to accommodate 4 young children and our aging parents. This home has plenty of space to spread out and a huge master. A potential struggle for older guests is all the showers are upstairs. A potential struggle for families with young children is the deck and stairs. The home sits on the bayou and the deck is in need of maintenance. We set our minds at ease by moving a couch in front of the door. All of the "heavy traffic" and "used daily" areas of the home were clean and tidy. However, it is in need of a deep clean to hit all of those places that gather dirt and grime over time (light fixtures, base boards, corners, walls and door frames, etc.) The home has an easy to use washer and dryer which made traveling with 4 littles near the beach much easier! We used them daily! The kitchen has all of the basics to cook and some spices available as well. They provide a coffee maker, but we spent a lot of time cleaning grounds out of it. If you are a coffee guru, bring your own pot or go to Starbucks around the corner. The neighborhood is secluded, quiet, and safe. One "safety complaint" I had is that I am almost positive that the entry code had not been changed since our last visit. Clean enough, quiet neighborhood, spacious home, great memories made!

I did give her a few maintenance and cleaning suggestions because I had a cleaning business for 30 years before I retired.

The owner was readily available. There is a guest book with nearby activities and eateries. The outside of the property was a little dusty, yard could use some grooming but the house looked like the picture. It is in a residential area. The inside was nice and spacious. They had 1 bedroom downstairs and the other 3 up would not recommend if you have problems with stairs. The owner explained she had pest control coming out, we only saw a few insect but nothing extreme "however it is a lake house in the spring." The back deck and the lake was everything! Nice place to stay for the group size of(8) we had close to eateries and quaint shopping. Walmart close by. No problem staying here again! The Nances

I travel to the Biloxi area for the weekend from Texas for an event I was hosting. I communicate with the owner via app. I received the check-in information promptly and a welcome message. The owner made a point to ask what time was my arrival and noted cleaning service would be done before arrival. I traveled with a newborn and toddlers under the age of 3. All looked well until made my way to the kitchen. We planned to cook that evening and noticed two mouse traps in plain sight on the floor close to the cabinets. I opened the cabinets and found to my dismay roach dropping on the shelves, hair and dirt in the drawers with the utensils and roaches, roaches crawling on the counters, floors and ceiling. I did not see a mouse but we all became uncomfortable not knowing if the home had them or not. We did not cook and quickly had to become pest control chasing after roaches, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces constantly. At this point I could not trust anything was properly clean. I found myself cautioning my grand kids not to touch surfaces or play on the floor as toddlers do. It really ruined the entire experience. I’ve rented homes through out the gulf, east coast and Europe. This was the first time I’ve experience such an issue. The house needs a serious deep cleaning and a professional pest service because roaches and rodent thrive in filth. The deck was as previously guest noted needs work, ducts need cleaning and air filter needs replacement due to the dirt near the vents and the old smell. The guess shower made a loud noise when in use. The house is is decent shape for its age and I’m sure I would have had a better experience if not for the inexcusably issue.

Close enough to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants and activities to be convenient, but isolated and quiet with a beautiful view of the bayou. The main flaw is that the bathroom on the lower level is only a 1/2 bath with no shower or tub. Guests in the lower level bedroom had to go upstairs to access shower or tub. This was a barrier for guest with back disability.

Overall the Stay went ok had some roach issues in the kitchen, bed rooms were pretty clean. The property manager communicated well. She told us she contacted a pest company but they never came. Quiet neighborhood.

As far as coastal stays go, this was a nice blend of spacious coziness with modern home design near water. We walked through the neighborhood to the nearby donut shop with the kids for breakfast. They enjoyed playing in the front yard and on the back deck, as well. It was well located to nearby shops and restaurants.

The house was nice and cozy. The outside could've used some updating. The wood was worn. The outside pics made everything look up to par but it wasn't. Overall this house was nice
