Price, beds and it was quiet.
Dirty under the beds, shower looked dirty so we showered with sandals on and the stove didn’t work.

Big room and very clean ...no amenities but everything we n3eded was in driving minutes
The room size and the ac blew very cold air and it was dark you could get good rest and it was very quite

The room was clean and comfortable. Don't be fooled by the outside. These rooms are pretty nice and it seems they are remodeling. Our 3 bed room had brand new appliances and a fresh remodel. We stayed in room 18.
Lower than expected water pressure.
Door locks are a little wonky.

The bed was comfortable, shower was hot.
Floor was dirty, tub was dirty with a very hairy hair tie around the shower head. Used q tips and. Cigarette butt in the kitchen drawer. Only had 2 outlets for us to charge out tablets and cell phones.

No outlets close to the bed and and the locks were horrible

It was close to HEB and some restaurants, and the beach was only about 5 mins away.
There are no amenities or Wi-Fi. It was hard to track down staff to check-in, there is no lobby. The doors barley locked and the place was quite run down. There was no water pressure or toilet paper. They give you 2 very thin towels. Pillows were paper thin. Will not stay again.

We always Stay here for years it's always a pleasant stay clean room amd close to everything staff is friendly and accommodating as always.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Close to the sea and there are good restaurants nearby. They also have kitchenette rooms with microwave & refrigerator. Wifi was good. AC & TV worked well. It was worth the money. Friendly owners and front desk. Will stay again.

A lousy service.When I arrived I had reserved two rooms for 6 people and the manager only gave me one and wanted to charge me for the second one because it was no longer available and I had made the reservation 3 days ago. It took me almost an hour to check in, thus losing time enjoying myself on the beach . The room had a very bad smell, stained sheets, the super dangerous bathroom rate was completely broken in half, a stained chair was moldy. I don't even clean the room and I don't have access to the TV remote
