Vivian ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Il B&B è comodo e facilissimo da raggiungere. Ubicato in una zona ricca di piccoli borghi da visitare. Abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina gratuitamente, a pochi passi a piedi. La nostra camera “deluxe” bella e spaziosa, il bagno molto grande e dotato di tutti i comfort (incluso un ottimo phon che non guasta mai). La colazione variegata e molto buona (abbiamo potuto scegliere quale pasta desideravamo mangiare la mattina). Rapporto qualità/prezzo top. Che dire? Se potessi le darei un 11!

VERY noisy street under our window - dozens of loud teenagers walking and stranding under our window from 22:00 to almost 01:00 in the morning (from Monday to Tuesday) so we were forced to close the window and lose fresh air (no ac)

Lovely warm welcome from the hosts, Luca & Vivian, in a beautifully restored building, breakfast was delicious. Freshly baked croissants and coffee with views across the valley from the breakfast table. thank you so much Luca & Vivian.

Everything was perfect. Vivian, Luca and Katerina are lovely.

Beautiful place with great and clean room. The hosts, Vivian and Luca are very nice and helpful and we recommend to try Luca’s food because it’s amazing. The location is also great, from here it is easy to reach the best parts of Tuscany and Umbria.

Our room was nice, the bathroom was big and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, coffee with fresh pastries, juices and biscuits.
