Maison historique restaurée au coeur du quartier Delano. La maison est littéralement à quelques pas d'une grande variété de restaurants et de bars! L'endroit peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, des frais supplémentaires de 15 $ par personne après quatre personnes. Un lit queen size, un lit double et un matelas pneumatique queen. L'option à long terme est disponible à un taux réduit de 20 à 30%. La maison n'a pas d'allée, stationnement dans la rue seulement. Nous accueillons tout le monde professionnel / loisir. Par respect pour nos voisins PAS de fêtes bruyantes!

I liked the central location. Easy to get downtown or anywhere east/west on Kellogg.
I liked the fully appointed kitchen, all the way from dishes and pots/pans to spices and aluminum foil.
The interior of this 100+ year old home wasn't just remodeled. It appeared to me to have recently been completely gutted and nicely rebuilt. Good job.

Having never been to Wichita, we were unsure of where to stay for our event. After looking at many homes, the Modern Delano was our choice. The home is very quaint and appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and they were flexible with us as we needed an extended checkout. I highly recommend staying at this well kept, very clean home. You won’t regret it!

We had 2 couples staying at this property for a last-minute getaway for a long weekend and this property ended up working perfectly. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the table with an umbrella in the backyard in the beautiful weather. There are a few more side tables than pictured, which ended up being nice and made it feel more home like. Winnie was very responsive to communications. We are looking forward to returning when we can explore Wichita a little more outside the pandemic.

We had 2 couples staying at this property for a last-minute getaway for a long weekend and this property ended up working perfectly. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the table with an umbrella in the backyard in the beautiful weather. There are a few more side tables than pictured, which ended up being nice and made it feel more home like. Winnie was very responsive to communications. We are looking forward to returning when we can explore Wichita a little more outside the pandemic.

This is a wonderful property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Winnie and Jerry take very good care of their guests, and I am always happy to stay at this property when I come to town.

Amazing house
As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home. It was clean and decorated nicely. Communication with Winnie was easy and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do and see in Wichita. We would absolutely recommend this place and we would stay there again.

It was so nice for the hosts to provide the air mattress. It was so close to the Intrust arena for the concert we went too. We are very picky about cleanliness and we very comfortable. Nice & modern with plenty of room.

This was by far our best vrbo experience. The owners take their jobs as vrbo hosts seriously and it shows. The home is beautiful, clean and quiet. It’s also well furnished and comfortable. I had a question or two and Winnie was quick to respond, and really cared about our needs. We were impressed!

Great host, they have everything covered! Even went the extra mile and had ice cream in the freezer for my grandkids and then brought over Oreos and fruit snacks! Highly recommend! 😊

My husband and kids stayed with me during a business conference in February . Winnie was an amazing host and was available to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful!! Brand New!
Every detail was thought of and carefully provided for. The house was immaculate and everything appeared brand new. Winnie was so thoughtfull, even left milk, eggs , cereal fruit and coffee knowing we were arriving late, to make the next morning perfect. We will be staying again! Thank you Winnie for a great weekend!
