The obvious outdoor features of the house are the multiple decks that offer great views from each side along with plenty of comfortable chaise lounges and an outdoor dining space. One gas and one charcoal grill gives the renter the choice for outdoor cooking. The short walk to the beautiful beach is right around the corner. There are two hoses that made rinsing sandy feet and toys easy along with an outdoor shower for quick cleanup upon return from the beach. Indoors, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. A large stockpot could be a nice addition. The mattresses are comfortable in all bedrooms. There is plenty of gathering space like couches, tables, and chairs and four televisions for convenient viewing. The furniture is great quality and all rooms are exceptionally clean. Can't go wrong here!

Nice property, good spot for 6 people, we had more and knew it’d be a bit tight, but wasn’t bad. Lots of steps to enter so a little hard on the older family members, they did well with the first floor bedroom. Great kitchen area, large dining table, and very easy access to laundry area.

Our group of six rented this property for a family vacation. We have always stayed in hotels until this trip. I was apprehensive about staying in someone’s home, but Richard made us feel so welcome! Our “kids” (ages 22-31) LOVED having a place where we could all hang out and play games as well as walk to the beach in a couple of minutes! Fabulous restaurants just a short drive away! Also enjoyed the spacious deck with plenty of chairs to relax, visit, and eat breakfast! Richard was good about answering questions and giving us a tour of the house when we arrived explaining everything we needed to know. Thanks Richard! We hope to return in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at Richard’s Beach House. It had everything we needed and accommodated for five guests perfectly. One of my favorite parts about this beach house was the outdoor shower, I never took a shower inside! Richard was a wonderful host and we cannot wait to be back!

We needed a great place to get some much needed relaxation away from work. Richard meet us at the property for check in and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. Richard quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet. It's just a short 4 minute walk to the beech. The outside shower was awsome to have after a long day on the beech. It had hot or cold water. The property had everything we needed to grill and cookout. Gas/charcoal grill options. The wrap around deck provides great views of surrounding area with plenty of outdoor chairs to relax on. The house was very clean and had modern appliances and comfortable furniture. The large TV in living room was excellent for watching your favorite shows or the game. The house was well stocked with everything you need. The upstairs decks provide a view of the beech between the palm trees. It's just a short drive maybe 5 minutes to all the beech restaurants. We had a great stay and look forward to returning again. We had a great time! The home was a very short walk from the beach and a quick drive to supermarkets and a lot of restaurants. The property owner was thorough and very easily accessible. He was quickly available for every concern. We will definitely be back!

This house has it all: comfort, location and amenities. It was the perfect location for us to both enjoy the gorgeous beach and explore Pensacola. The walk to the beach is very short, no problem to go back and forth if you need something. The house has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen (including outdoor grills) to beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower is a plus when coming back from the beach. All beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hotels, but close enough to get anywhere. We enjoyed exploring downtown Pensacola and the national seashore. Both just a short drive, maybe 10 minutes. Richard is fantastic! He made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!!

Very nice, well appointed home. A short walk to the beach gave us the winter getaway we were looking for! Richard is a great host.

We took a family weekend to travel down for the Blue Angel Homecoming show. We actually watched the show from the deck on the first day. While we couldn’t see the trick planes from where we were, we had a very nice view of the Blue Angels. Best part is that we got a REALLY up-close view as they circled back around for their next stunt, all from the comfort of our spacious deck. The second day, we went down closer to town to catch the other planes doing their shows that weren’t really visible the first day. The house was plenty spacious for 4 adults and two boys, 8 and 10 years old. Richard was accessible and offered suggestions on best traffic times and good restaurants. The amenities were great with plenty of pots, pans, fresh linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher and spacious refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, the showers were clean and a comfortable size with good water pressure. Large dining room table accommodated all of us comfortably. Good internet service and tv channel selection. Location was great for what we were there for. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be calling for reservations for next year’s show. We came to Pensacola Beach for a 50th birthday celebration and overall we had a great stay except for a lot of rain. We made arrangements with Richard and Kyle ahead of time for a late check-in since our flight did not arrive until 7:30 pm. Kyle met us at the property at check in and gave us a tour and let us know all we needed about the house and beach. He even gave us some of his favorite spots to eat since we got there late. Richard checked in with us during the week to see how our stay was going and was very nice. The house was very clean and well stocked with linens, dishes, and all we needed for the week and there were some beach umbrellas and chairs to use as well which made it very nice since we couldn’t bring our own. The neighborhood is very quiet so it made for relaxing nights sitting on the back deck enjoying the cool air and great for sleeping in peace and quiet. Had a fun trip and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The house is nice, and it's in a good location. The beach is a short walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. It's a great area to bike ride, jog, or just walk on the beach day or night. I highly recommend this house to stay during your vacation. Richard is very nice, and he will help you with anything that will make your stay better.

We were just a short walk from the beach. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the back deck. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and things we needed to cook our meals for the week. The owner was very thorough in showing us how to operate everything.
