Loved having our private elevator and 2 car garage. Very clean and nice. Could have used dish rags and cleaning supplies for cleaning granite during our stay. Would have been handy since we did cook in the unit. That’s our only and minor complaint. Would stay here again.

Beach = Perfect Condo = Close to perfect, starting to get a bit well used looking. Beds/Furniture = Close to perfect Cookware = Plenty, ok quality Cleanliness = Good Communication = Pretty good. A bit discombobulated with the multiple text messages regarding checkin despite speaking with the office. Checkin = Smooth, but instant access is unavailable. You must visit the managements office to obtain a key. The management staff was extra accommodating which was extremely helpful for our family. The stay at the place was great. There were beach toys/umbrellas/chairs at the place which is convenient. This is a really nice place and we would definitely return. The beach was nearly private unlike near some of the larger properties we saw while walking it. The overall condition was close to great, but there is slight room for improvement.

The condo met all our needs except the garage. The garage door was damaged and management assured me it was “not pretty” but worked. This was not true. The garage is important for security and ease of loading and unloading your vehicle. Management told me I would be compensated for the inconvenience. We are two weeks past check out and nothing. My call has not been returned either. The house is beautiful and right on the beach making this condo ideal! However, there are other properties and management companies that may be more reliable.

We love white sands! My husband proposed on this beach in 2017 and we came for our honeymoon in 2018 and wanted to come back every year since but this was the first year we could financially afford it. Perfect 5 year anniversary trip. We will be back!

Our goal was to check off some bullet list items for our 88 year mother who wanted to see the beach and sunrise/sunsets. She doesn’t have the best mobility so the elevator was a must. The space was beautiful and very accommodating to our needs. The property management staff was responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful fall break with family. Spacious townhouse in low density complex with direct beach access. Beach almost to yourself. Garage came in handy for storage of car roof carrier. Easy access to Ft. Pickens to watch Blue Angels practice. Would highly recommend.

This location can’t be beat. The proximity to the beach is so close that it’s right outside the back door! The rooms and bathrooms were a great size and plenty of towels for everyone. The decor was tasteful. The views were great from the beautiful gulf to the other balconies which faced Fort Pickens Road and the sound. The check in and check out process was easy. We were able to fit a smaller suv and 2 cars in the garage, plus there are two additional designated parking spots right by the garage. We would definitely stay here again.
