Gorgeous view, cleanliness of the condo could use some work. Three of the adults all ended up with bug bites after the first nights stay. There was no soap in the kitchen or main bathroom, only shampoo and conditioner in the master bathroom. Sink in the master was clogged and kept backing up. For the $ spent per night def disappointed.

It's beautiful out here. Loved condo! Had balcony room 8th floor facing mountains but wonderful side ocean view!Room lo ation best of 2 worlds! Loved it! Asked Annetta tons of questions she was a great communicator!

Perfect for a classic resort-style beach vacay! Our 3 br
unit was in a hi-rise right ON the promenade, which is the cement walkway that runs along the beach at Seaside. You could walk right out the pool deck (heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs!) onto the crazy long expanse of the beach. The building is also right at the roundabout that marks the end of of the Lewis and Clark trail, and one side is the main beach-town street, so you can walk to get sandwiches or coffee or go to the arcades. I can't image a more perfect location for Seaside beach! The hotel complex has a game room, a good little snack bar/coffee bar on the pool, and lots of covered parking in the parking structure attached to the hotel. Our unit was a 3 bedroom, and had two twin beds in one room, a queen in another, a king in the last bedroom, and even a double Murphy bed in the living room wall. Comfy beds, nice linens. Very clean. Kitchen was not fancy but well equipped, and had a few spice packets and some starter packs for the coffee maker (drip) with filters for the whole week. It was a bit cold when we were there, and we used the gas fireplace more than than the air conditioning. Wifi is fine. Our balcony looked over the pool deck, and had a great side-view of the ocean. It was a little noisy with happy kids yelling until exactly 10pm, when they close the pool and everything falls silent. Only 1 mild downer: fending off lobby agents always trying to get you to come to a buy-a-condo-here presentation.

Annette was so very helpful and patient through all my scatter brained questions and changes.
The property does not have air conditioning as advertised (or at least our room didn’t), but it was comfortable opening the windows and balcony door.
Note the property is a timeshare and they will relentlessly try to sell you ownership or vacation rentals when they find out you rented through VRBO.
Overall it was a really great experience and I would absolutely work with Annette again in the future.

This was a great central location on the promenade, with an amazing view. We were able to park in the garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable for four. The layout, kitchen and two bathrooms were perfect for our longer stay. The kids enjoyed the game room, and the outdoor pools and hot tubs were really great. You can enjoy a swim without freezing in the ocean.

Checked in late and find a reservation. Eventually after calling the owner multiple times found out that our reservation has been canceled because of a computer glitch
Finally they gave us a room but it wasn’t the one we had booked and paid for.

Location can't be beat! You're within walking distance of the entire town, just about, and the beach access is perfect. We wound up in a top floor unit, on the inner side with a view of the pool and the ocean. It was absolutely gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Plenty of room in the unit for our family of five, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the basics you could need. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay at the Worldmark Seaside was wonderful. The view from our ocean front suite was AMAZING. The location was right on the beach, with the ability to walk out the door and be right downtown and able to enjoy much of what Seaside has to offer without needing to drive. The property had great amenities such as a beautiful heated pool, two hot tubs, workout facility and fully stocked kitchens with all you need to make your own meals. We could rent movies and get popcorn all for free which was an added bonus for my kiddos! The suites were very clean w/ comfortable beds and lots of space. Annette took great care of us with booking, ensured we were enjoying ourselves and even helped make an additional stayover possible. I will be booking with her again, not just at this property, but others around the country that she has available. I highly recommend her. Thank you again, Annette!!

Our room was amazing!! 8th floor, ocean view. Sleeping with the windows open to the sounds of the waves on the shore. Watching beach fireworks, the pool and hot tubs were fun!! We’ll definitely be booking this room again!!

We’ve always wanted to stay at this location, and finally had the opportunity. The property itself is beautiful and extremely well-maintained, and everything we thought we would need was provided.
Our host was extremely on top of things and was able to even secure the extra night we needed to complete our trip. Definitely will be staying again

We enjoyed our stay so much! This is the perfect location for walking the promenade, going on the beach, shopping, and dining. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The check in process was quick and it was nice to be able to text the property with any questions or needs. The communication with the owner (Annette) and with the property was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent beach front location, very nice condo community with a great pool. Quick check-in. Great customer service the entire time. Comfortable beds and full amenities. Quick walk to many restaurants, shops, and the aquarium. Really enjoyed our stay!

Used VRBO for first time and found this great rental for last min trip to Seaside w/kids, worked out great, very clean and friendly staff, easy to book, good communication etc., -I highly recommend staying right on the promenade if going to Seaside, OR!

Rooms are not clean well, refrigerator has a fishy smell. Ice in fridge had bead taste as well. Not enough towels and some missing kitchen towels and no pot holders or oven mittens.

The booking and check in process was very easy. The 2 bedroom deluxe condo was clean and comfortable. All the beds were quite comfortable as well. We had a great time. We’d not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Annette was very responsive to my questions and very helpful.

We've stayed at the resort several times before, and always have a wonderful experience. This was a bit different with COVID restrictions, but we were able to make reservations for the pool every day of our stay, and even got to use the hot tub.

We loved our stay at the WorldMark Seaside! Annette was a wonderful host- responsive, kind and knowledgeable. The only thing holding us back from 5 stars was the king bed in room 8837 where we stayed. It was the firmest mattress I’ve ever slept on and both my husband and I slept poorly and had a backache until we got home. It was so odd because we stayed in a unit on the 6th floor last year and had the complete opposite experience- the mattress was so comfortable we wanted to bring it home with us! Everything else about this years stay was 5 stars and I’d absolutely rent from this lovely host again!!

Great views of the ocean. One evening, we sat on the balcony and people watched, while listening to live music that was going on. There is a barbecue on the patio, which we used. It was a great setup with 2 bedrooms. We stayed with our 4 children, one is a baby that slept in a pack in play, the other 3 had their own beds. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Great location. We stayed for the 4th of July and had a great view of all of insane fireworks on the beach.
