We had a family group of 11 that stayed on property, with ages from 9-69. The property felt large and accommodating even with so many! The house is well appointed and had everything we could think of needing. There are many things close by and options to ski at Ski Apache or Clouldcroft made this an excellent location! The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend! - Couple of notes as you plan: There are indeed stairs to access the building. There is no straight walk in. This wasn’t unexpected though as the pictures are very clear! Also, the loft to the bunk room has a circle-wind staircase that is tight and narrow. There is a railing! But, it took a couple days for the kids to get used to it. I wouldn’t recommend kids under 5 climbing the staircase unsupervised. The house has some wear and you can see the owner has been working to keep things operational. We had a great stay!!

Perfect for our group of 15, ranging from 9 months to 72! The house is big with lots of room and came with everything we needed and then some; Games for the adults, games & coloring books/colors for the kids and the pool table were perfect. We got to sit as a family for meals at the amazing large table and the fireplaces were awesome. An abundance of cookware, everything we needed was there for our use.
The location is perfect and we were lucky enough to get a foot+ snow on our second day, they had sleds and snow toys in the garage that all the kids (big and small) loved playing on right outside our doors. Perfect little places to sled right there, build snowmen and have snowball fights.
The owners were VERY responsive and so pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back!

This cabin was SO spacious and accommodating for 17 of us, adults and children alike! It was stocked with games, supplies, and really felt like home away from home on our vacation. Such an amazing place!

We had an amazing weekend staying at the cabin, all amenities were available for us to use all we had to do was buy groceries. This location provided us with great wildlife views we saw deer and elk come by the cabin. The hot tub was very nice and worked with no issues the bedrooms were very comfortable, there was plenty of room in this spacious cabin. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Our large family loved the location and layout of this cabin. Lots of ways to entertain the younger kids and a great relaxing atmosphere for the adults. We will definitely stay here again.

A massive 20 person table and brand new extended sectional greet you as you enter the great room. Our eyes move to the pool table and a beer fridge (our take) and you realize we’ve made the right choice on our accommodations. The fully stocked kitchen (with actually sharp knives!) both in terms of spices and pots/pans/ utensils makes you feel right at home. Clean, newly remodeled bathrooms with soap and shampoo at your fingertips was a nice touch. As temperatures dipped in the evening, a large hot tub was well appreciated and the comfortable beds rounded our wonderful stay. We will be back!

We had a great time. The cabin had lots of space for our family. We really liked the big family table where we could all sit together. Loved the different areas. Will definitely do it again. Was a little tricky getting up the hill with the snow but we did it!!

What a beautiful home with an amazing peacefulness! There were a few minor things that are not worth mentioning & we enjoyed every aspect of this home! The pool table & games, the hot-tub, the grill, hiking, and the wildlife (deer, elk) visited often. The space & separation couldn’t be any better for multiple families! It rained almost the whole time we were there & a partial covered deck would have been nice so we could’ve at least been outside more but we made due. The beds we comfortable & totally enough bathrooms. The home was well stocked with necessities & towels. Another huge plus for us, pets are family too & the pet friendliness was a deciding factor to choose this home. We made amazing memories & as a company manager with a life of chaos, the peacefulness & quietness could not have been any better! Thank you for sharing your home!

We spent 5 days with friends and family at this property. It was a great time and the home was both well appointed with all our needs and spacious. The host was very friendly and easy to help with check-in and very welcoming. We are planning our trip back next year! Thanks for hosting us!

Not worth the money spent, not at all.
spiders in couch (have the bites to prove it), extremely old/nasty sectional couch needs to be tossed, pool table was worst I've eve seen, no batteries in TV remotes, light over master bedroom doesn't work, hot tub unlocked when we arrived. This place was just way over priced, not worth the money.

Plenty of Room in a great location
We had three families live very comfortably for the week. Loved the hot tub and grilling outdoors. Less than 5 minutes from town, 10 mins to Albertsons, and 15 minutes to everything else! Comfortable beds ,updated bathrooms, and lots of little things (toiletries, plenty of towels, cooking spices, etc.) a plus.

Christmas Family Vacation
This property provides plenty of beds for guests. We had 10 people needing a bed and that was easily accommodated. The family room with pool table and long dinning table was great to get everyone in one room. There was a little miscommunication with the cleaning crew and the house was not ready by check in time. However, John was able to get us into the house in a reasonable time and handled the situation very well. I would recommend this place for a large group.
