Very spacious and quiet apartment near the city center including all the amenities an apartment needs+more.
The furniture was a little dated. As a couple we were expecting a double bed not two single beds. The bed sheets were a bit uncomfortable.

At night there were some party on the street with noise

everything went smoothly Lady was waiting for us to arrive and give us the keys.The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay two minutes from the beach with restaurants supermarkeTS doted all around El Medano

My host was great, he communicated regularly and clearly plus checked all was ok whilst I was there. The apartment was really well equipped and in a quiet location.
