Property was perfect for my stay the only issue was some my cloths are stuck in washing machine but owner said he will be in touch soon as he gets them out so all good

The WiFi was not working and we to use our own phone Internet. Beside this, everything else was perfect.

property was good size for a family of 6. cozy flat host was helpful in sorting out toiletries and stuff upon arrival.

it seemed like the property was not lived in for a long time. it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and was by no means ready for guests to stay in. the sofa bed was filthy and completely useless. it was broken from one side and one could not sleep on it without having a sore back. you would not want that especially when on holiday. we ended up not using it all. the kitchen was barely equipped with utensils and the ones there were really dirty and we had to clean them before using them.

a tv that works properly

clean but a bit dated we needed a property as a base for a family trip to london and this was perfect

The apartment is located away from the city centre, but in a convenient location close to the newest underground line Elisabeth (10 minutes walking distance). There is also Tesco 24h right next to it. Neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds.

Missing some kitchen supplies - cutting knives and a board. Uncomfortable sofa.

Location was good, near transport and shops

No insructions for using appliances or heater. Residence could do with an upgrade.

apartment was very modern and very clean. ensuite bathroom was spacious and the shower as well. would definitely stay here again
