Si vous cherchez un hébergement impressionnant pendant votre séjour à St. Louis, alors ne cherche pas plus loin. Ce luxueux trois étages, 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains maison de ville est parfaitement situé dans le quartier populaire Central West End et est confortable pour les petits et grands groupes.

Dans ma maison de construction neuve au design moderne, vous trouverez des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des meubles artisanaux uniques et des luminaires haut de gamme, sans oublier une cuisine de chef haut de gamme, une baignoire à jets, et une douche principale avec deux pommes de douche.

J'aime vraiment mon quartier. Je suis juste en bas de la rue des musées et des pistes de jogging / vélo dans l'un des plus grands parcs de la ville (Forest Park), il y a d'innombrables restaurants incroyables à proximité. Il y a aussi beaucoup de vie nocturne, ainsi qu'un Whole Foods flambant neuf et la très belle Straub's Grocery à quelques pâtés de maisons. Tout cela, et c'est toujours agréable et calme la nuit.

Il y a beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue juste en face de chez moi. Si vous prévoyez d'utiliser les transports en commun, les arrêts de bus Taylor @ Olive NB / SB sont à environ un pâté de maisons.

Commcation just takes to long to get ahold of anyone with this location I was supposed to check in 5pm I didn’t get in til 6 cause they never gave me the door code when I text the home owner ask for the door code he still gave me the wrong code they never accommodate me on the lack communication on they end the home owner made me feel kinda uncomfortable when u book. he or she might email u asking why u coming to Stlouis and then state all these rules they have for the house I get it that u have rules but you can put that in the description of the house I will NEVER rent from any house that has this management company I can’t express how poor of the communication they have with this home

The size of this house worked great for our group of 7 girlfriends. The downstairs is super spacious, and the kitchen island was the perfect place for us to hang out. Overall, the house was tidy and comfortable. However, the kitchen could have used one more inspection by the cleaners. There was a plate of Doritos in a kitchen cabinet, which was odd. And several items (pan, bowl, glass) were visibly dirty. A couple other small areas for improvement: the remote to the fireplace was missing, and the 3rd floor bedroom was pretty cold. Also on the back door (used when entering from the garage) the door code did not work so we had to walk around the building to get in. All 3 of these things wouldn’t be much of an issue most of the year but in the middle of winter could’ve made the stay better. Having said all that, we would still recommend this rental for a St. Louis getaway.

The property management was very responsive. I had issues with the lock on the door and they immediately responded and fixed it. The place was very clean. However, they didn't provide some simple fixtures. I had to go out and buy trash bags and paper towels. Communication and responsiveness was fantastic and I will likely stay there again during my next visit to STL!
