As a previous VRBO owner and now as a guest at the Fenwick Canmore property, I was very impressed with the service given by the owners, as well as the condition of the condo. Andrew and Lindsay kept me well informed throughout the whole booking/payment/checkout service and even made a personal telephone call prior to my stay. Everything in the condo was lovely, clean, and it was well equipped. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Canmore.

Booked this condo recently for a ski trip and had a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies so we could make our own meals. Owners were quick to respond to an issue and fix it. Would definitely book again.

Great place - love the tub !!

Very well equipped condo: we like to cook and found all we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels, laundry supplies etc; we also enjoyed the hot tub.The location is good with an easy walk into town.

Driving from Calgary to Alberta ; Open Hot Tub is the place to be and stay if you want to stay in a home away from your own home, that’s how I felt, staying at Open Hot Tub felt like home, all my essentials and accessories are located with in Hot Tub , no need to bring much supplies , just groceries, the BBQ grill is a wonderful touch , the bathroom is big and roomy , comfy and soft bed and pillows , relaxing couch , awesome underground parking and free car washing equipments, check in and check out is simple ; no hassle. Great location, near the main st to all the shopping and grocery shopping. Walking in the hallway felt like a scene in a Stephen king movie, alot of rooms. The shower will help you sleep peacefully at night . I will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying at this place! The condo is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and we loved visiting to the hot tub. A great escape from the city nestled in a beautiful setting.

Great location, the room is very clean and comfortable.

Condo # 208, was nicely decorated, with many comforts from home. Communication with the property managers, Fenwick Vacation Rentals, was excellent. They accommodated an earlier check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Parking was great and it was really nice to have the park pass available for use. We gave this unit 3 stars because the bed sheets, duvet and mattress cover looked dirty. Overall cleanliness and sleeping comfort are very important when renting. We were lucky the unit had a washer and dryer. The sheets no longer looked white, had pelts and a few small stains. There was a fresh blood stain on the duvet cover. I began removing the cover but saw the duvet had large caramel spots on it, so we did not use it. Because there were several other sheet sets available, I washed two sets of sheets and thin bedspreads for the next 3.5 hours. I vacuumed the mattress cover because there was no spare. Looking under the bed the floor closest to the window was full of dust, only the floor near the closet, was vacuumed. The next day, I communicated with Fenwick about the bed issue and promptly got a new duvet and brand new cover. The kitchen could use a dish rack so the tea towels do not have to be used, a pump soap was kindly provided at my request. The bathroom shower could use some minor repair. The shower head leaks and cannot be moved, so you are standing along the corner wall when showering. The hand towel rack at the sink is also about to break. Overall, if some small repairs, purchase of new bed linen, and better turnaround cleaning, this would be a 5 star unit.
