The staff were fantastic and really made our stay. They really went out of their way to make things comfortable for you. The courtyard and the pool were very relaxing areas and the location was just perfect.

It would be nice for more water to be readily available without extra cost given its so important to drink in those temperatures. The breakfast was unfortunately dissapointing for the price, i would stick to the local cafes for breakfast.

The property was beautiful and in a very peaceful setting while being minutes away from the action of the old city.

this was a beautiful and very clean property, exactly what I expected in Provence. Staff was great and very helpful, specially Hugo went above and beyond on our arrival to find us a late dinner.

small details like not being able to use the coffee machine as it was impractically placed in the cupboard, being given still water in a fizzy water bottle ie refilled but posing as a new bottle, staff not communicating, being promised water for our return journey & staff forgetting, having to ask reception to turn on air con at night as it was arbitrarily turned off without telling us, not bringing all luggage to our room from storage as one item was forgotten. I could go on.

Everything.. the courtesy of the staff at the front desk. The room decoration, colors. very clean, soft sheets, quiet,smell good . Didn't smell mold. the bed was very comfortable. do we slept so well. your air conditioning was working during our sleep. gréât gréât location. the restaurant was deceptive. the waiter also work to prepared cheese plate in the part of the kitchen that was in glass so we could see him. than run to the dinning room. he look stress like short of staff. we had to ask 4 time for a bottle of water. he was not smiling, . he didn't came back to ask us if all was find. he even forgot to charge a bottle of wine yo the next table beside us . the customer had to point it to him that he forgot to charge the bottle of wine on his bill. thank his he was honest. but all the rest was really fantastic. I would go back. the restaurant need more love and tender care. j'imagine que vous pouvez smile orEr le côté restaurant!!!

Beautifully designed hotel in centre of st Rémy. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Tiniest criticism on restaurant. Beautifully cooked food but needs a bit more veg with main course and starter was a little meagre. Trying to be a little too nouvelle cuisine and we've moved on from a few spots of sauce on a plate next to hunk of superbly cooked meat.

Fabulous hotel set in the heart of the town. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful team. We were only there one night and wished we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and a drink on the lovely roof top terrace. The rooms were well equipped

Breakfast not included in the tariff but this seems to be standard. It is a shame when we only want a croissant and a coffee as it’s not worth paying for a breakfast buffet

The hotel's common areas such as courtyard, pool, and rooftop were the best part of the hotel. The location was perfect for walking the downtown of Saint-Remy. The staff was polite and accommodating.

While the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, the bedroom furnishings were surprisingly lacking. With the exception of a silly hanging basket chair for one person, there was no place to sit in the room. The desk was too small to use, the bedside tables were barely usable, and there were no usb ports for charging your phones, ipads, etc. In sum, the rooms need to be updated to better utilize the space for the comfort of the people staying. The hotel sacrifices comfort and convenience to design. This is a 5 star hotel, but not 5 star rooms.

This is an amazing location! Everything (well almost) is walkable from here - you step out and there are plenty of restaurants, and cafes, and patisseries to choose from.

Actually we loved the hotel, we just think booking.com overcharged us for the room we got.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in Saint Remy. Elegant design and superb attention from the reception staff and room service. This was a last minute booking as we had to change hotel due to insect bites a few days before our wedding. We arrived with a lot of luggage and we were very tired. The team reacted superbly to make us feel comfortable.

There is very little to complain about. Restaurant service needs to be better streamlined for lunch and dinner.

This hotel is very pricey, compared to other hotels and chambres d'hotes where we stayed. The charge for parking our car was much too high.
