we loved the location, the pool, and tiny balconies. also, coffee machine and nearby

nothing. everything was great.

Excellent throughout & brilliant to have the pool. Menaggio is a beautiful spot.

+ Central location, mins from restaurants, lake, cafe etc. Additionally only about a 5 min walk from supermarket, port etc + Spectacular views of garden and pool + Wonderful big and clean pool with excellent facilities (loungers, parasol etc). Overall outdoor areas (incl garden) were in excellent condition, it's finished off with a very high quality + Spacious apartment with excellent facilities, high quality furnishings, air conditioning, automated windows, shutters etc + The apartment was very well kitted out, we'd never seen so many valuable items being made available to guests. Kitchen towels, hand soap, washing up liquid, liquid detergent, toilet roll. two hair dryers, washer, dryer etc etc etc + Great sound proofing and building was very cool despite heat. + Private parking and automatic gate so we felt very secure. + Plenty of tourist information and leaflets provided so we could plan our trip

- It was great to have access to the host by whatsapp for directions and instructions. However directions didn't bring us to the parking so we lost at least 30 mins trying to find our way in. Additionally, we asked a few questions during our stay which were never addressed. - Other folks mentioned the bells, so we were a bit worried. They are loud, very, however you do actually get used to them. They go off every 15 mins from around 07h (sometimes seemed a bit later) till 21h so you've been warned :) We would still go back however - We had issues with the hot water, often it could go luke warm or sometimes freezing cold. Potentially by end of day, there wasn't enough left in the tank for the whole building. However who knows - The balcony was lovely in our apartment however very small. I missed being able to eat outside however we knew that prior to booking.
