Place was comfy and perfect for my daughter and me. It was so close to UT Pool. It was perfect for our stay!

The location was great. The apartment was well appointed with like new appliances. There was parking on the property.

Fantastic Stay! So good to be back in Austin! Mark had everything you could ask for in a property. All the amenities including a cup of delicious coffee in the morning. Quick walk into town and quick UBER to Congress. Loved it!

My wife and I decided to book this lovely little space for a quick getaway. Mark was an exceptional host and I love the smart lock check-in! Locking the door with your phone was cool. Cool location, nice diners around and we were able to visit our nephew attending UT only ten minutes by walk. Quick über to get around everywhere. Highly recommended.
