Being walking distance from the beach was great.
I did not realize how many stairs were there and for some reason I thought we would have a view of the ocean from the patio which we did not.

The home is beautifully decorated with beach decor and was easy to locate. It is walking distance to the beach.
Although not a problem for us, it was described as a 3 bedroom but is in reality a two bedroom - one bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds.
