loved everything about this property. Hpusekeeper Susann Matos was super helpful and met us even though we we’re quite late. wish we could’ve stayed longer. location was just outside of town but worked for us
not enough hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom but that’s very minor

it was very cozzy and had a lot of personality
- the bathroom smelled bad like
mildew
- the sheets did not feel fresh and clean.
-the shower did not have a holder and the bathroom was flooded every time we showered.
-the location was father away from the ski slopes than anticipated.

it was a super clean, fully equipped, cozy apartment. definetely recommend for money for value.
the location of property is after a steep downhill. without car, it is not easy to reach slopes. it is ok to walk, if you don’t have ski/snowboard equipment.
also we need to late check out due to health issue. but it was not possible :/

First class service from land lord and lady delivering keys. Apartment and garage stayed cool in hot summer weather. Rustical interior and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything you need. Apartment is located close to city centre, but not in the hectic centre. There was a good amount of towels. Bedrooms had more than enough cupboard space. Internet connection over WLAN worked well.
In addition to Nespresso machine an old style filter/drip coffee machine would be nice.

Very confortable apartment with a feel like home from the whole family 😀 Extremely friendly contact person on site. Well furnished with all what is needed in kitchen for cooking and convenient indoor parking below the apartment. Location is just a short stroll from the center in a quiet area which is very convenient and relaxing

1. Fully equipped kitchen: during the pandemic, cooking your own and eat it in your own place is the only viable option. But the oven was broken upon arrival (looks like since long- check other reviewers) and we had to fix it by ourselves.
2. Quietness of the apt: although located right next to the keller room it was relatively quiet.
3. Underground parking: but no lift connected.
4. Good size apt for 3 to 4 people.
5. Christmas decor showed personal touch.

Update: The owner replied to my comment saying she brought us Nespresso pods but she didn't. We bought it from the Coop by ourselves. Before arrival I only asked her what does she have in the kitchen and she replied that she has oil, salt and pepper. I didn't demanded her to get for me. The cleaning lady came 1h early than agreed, not just a few minutes.
The owner said that she has right to write anything she wanted to.
1. Hygiene issues: Bathroom was clean. Other than that all dirty. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine just not cleaned. Never seen such a disgusting carpet. Most bothering was the odor from all textiles: Sofa, bed linens, towels. They don't use dryer to dry and maybe in the summer OK but in the winter it would take long time to get dried and therefore absorbed smell. Also was very very hard and rough (typical when not used dryer to dry)
2. Unmaintained articles: Garbage bin in the kitchen was also broken, Oven didn't work upon arrival; we had to fix it on our own. The lights in the refrigerator was not working.
3. False advertising: There was neither washing machine nor dryer and no Nespresso pods. No ski storage room offered. Told me to pay 30CHF/HOUR for laundry to the cleaning lady.
4. Bad bad bad communication: the person who supposed to help you spoke only Italian. The property owner was in Italy.
5. Uncomfortable bed: although advertised as Large bed, it was NOT (should have been 2m long).
6. Attitude from the provider: when asked to provide fresh towels, bed linens and toilet paper, (asking for 2 days!!) Ms. Lopez came with such an aggressive manner that scared my little child. She continually removed her MASK during this visit in this Corona epidemic. Also insulted us.
7. Lack of punctuality: the cleaning lady herself suggested that she would come at 19h then will just turn up at 18h without notice. We thought she would come at 19h so we were having early dinner. Check out was 13h but she just barged in 12....

Clean bathroom, baby bed and high chair provided. Very good communication and flexibility!
The cooking equipment could be updated as well as some of the matrace.

Location was good, quite spacious apt, a balcony with a view to the mountains, equipped kitchen, communications with the owner, garage and outside parking options.
