quite clean and comfortable property

Alberto was really nice. He returned deposit at the end of our stay. Location was close to Rer C and metro and bus stations. Apartman was as shown in pictures. Good value for the price taking into account prices for other accomodations.
A location was a bit far from city center. And kitchen could have been a bit cleaner.

The location was good. short walk to a train station, surrounded by bus stops and there is also a grocery shop just outside the block. The room had toiletries, modern TV, easily accessible with lift.
The bed was supported on some kind of box so it was not very steady. Also, a cash Eur 300.00 is requested as a security deposit, which while I understand its necessity, I think it was too high for a

There was remodeling next door. I was woken up early every day by the loud noise thru my entire stay, including Sunday 😒

Friendly and attentive owner. Apartment itself not very big, but it has everything you need. We were worried that it will be cold, but the additional heater helped a lot. Kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook anytime. There are many supermarkets and stores nearby, as well as a bakery.
The bed might not fit tall people.

Nice quest we arrived a bit late for check-in but he understood. Bus 74 across the street that goes to Porte Clichy metro station(anyway 10 minutes walk to there) with a lot of metro and RER connections(RER C to Poerte Maillot airport Beuvaix Bus.
Well equipped room and chickinette.

Location was great, just 5 mins from the metro and RER station (lines 13 and 14 that directly take you to Chatelet and Champs Élysées). Supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Quite neighborhood. Very friendly host.
The apartment was not clean at all. The bed was not so confortable.

The owner, Jesu, was very welcoming and helpful throughout Easy to contact.
Big television, access to Freeview channels and also such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
WiFi signal was faultless.
Shower was really powerful, lots of hot water to property.
Bakery 10 metres from main entrance was great.
Plenty of shops nearby.
10 minute walk from Metro station.
40 minute walk to Montmartre.
No real issues. Just needs more kitchen utensils etc if you're serious about cooking during your stay.

Location is perfect, close to the metro, seven stops to the Champs Elysees metro stop, nice and clean neighborhood with shops, patisseries, bars, braserries..
The kitchen facilities should be improved.
