First and foremost the host Vincenzo was amazing! He was extremely helpful, had great restaurant suggestions, was very caring and just a very cool guy! The house and room was very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and good working AC. Also Vincenzos breakfast was awesome, eggs from the own chickens, fresh homemade sweats and very yummy Ricotta. All in all we can recommend Villa Francesca 100%!! The close beaches were also great.

What to mention: very friendly, polite and very helpful owner, knows all the right places. Very close to the sea. And the House is very Grand, Rooms are big with sea view, airco, and they hark of the grandeur of Old Italian Romantic Rustic and Classical Design meets modern day comforts, design and fixtures and appliances, very lovingly done with great respect of its history. Pool is very unique and fabulous! Be like George Clooney.. Breakfast includes Italian local sweets, home made cakes, fresh fruits, local cheeses and cold cuts and of course fab coffee and cappuccino’s, just DeLish. We’ll be back!

It was amazing experience of living in an extremely cute villa, very close to the beach. We loved everything: the owners Francesca and Vincenzo were very friendly, attentive and helpful! We felt ourselves as we were their guests). The breakfast near the swimming pool was really charming. The villa is situated in a very good way- close both to Grottammare and San Benedetto. We stayed only two days, but for sure will come back!

Breakfast very good and a “molto simpatico” owner! Great place to stay!
