Very dirty foul of dumb unhealthy room. Do not choose it.

The apartment was quite spacious, the shower was nice (but needs a curtain!) and the wifi was good.

This apartment is a clear case of a business owner who puts minimum effort in and expects maximum profits. First of all, you won't receive the door code unless you pay €300 on a random bank account as a damage deposit, and then you are "greeted" inside the apartment with warning signs that you have to leave everything the way you found it (including cleaning everything and removing sheets!) to make sure you get your deposit back. How unwelcoming and rude! Also, not sure what the deposit is for considering it is run down and dirty. The terrace doesn't look at all like the pictures and is full of leaves, the microwave doesn't work, the stove has a defect, the walls are full of stains, the mattress is as thin as it gets, and the parking is 600m walk away. Plus, unless you travel with your own filter and coffee powder, the coffee machine is useless. Now to the service, which is as disappointing as the apartment: We booked this specific room because it offered two seperate beds. However, upon arrival the sofa bed was locked with a chain so it couldn't be layed out as a bed. My mother is 65 and really didn't want to climb up the ladder up the top bed so I sent a message to Gregory asking for the lock code. He said the sofa bed can only be used when 4 people are booked in and there's nothing he can do about it as we only booked for 2. The ad is clearly misleading and we don't understand what difference it makes for the owner whether the sofa is only sat or also laid on. We find it rediculous and unwelcoming.

Easy check-in & out.

Announced as "with parking". Simply a lie. If you book this, you'll be informed that you can park for free on the street. Not the best place top do that. Our car was towed away by police, even without any sign of restriction. What a wonderful "parking". Car aside: the apartment lacks cleaning, mostly in the bathroom and in the upper bed, where you could find many bugs... some alive, and a lot of them long time dead.
