the location was fantastic, you can walk or ride your bike to most areas. air conditioner worked well and reached into the bedroom.
very old cook wear, and you can hear very clear the noise from the up stairs unit. noise like chairs being Dragged along the floor and things being dropped on the floor. we had a lovely family staying above us, so the noise from every day/night activity would be increased compared to a couple.

Comfortable bed, convenient to the town
The unit was very run down, poorly maintained, torn blind in kitchen , questionable stains behind the toilet, 2 missing tiles in the shower. Very old cook top which I didn’t use.

Maintenance of grounds surrounding apartments requires attention. Shower recess requires immediate replacement!! Exhaust fan in bathroom would be good. Constant interference with tv reception.
