L'ensemble de l'étage du bâtiment a été entièrement rénové donnant sur le centre-ville. 3 chambres à coucher 2 1/2 salle de bain. Lit King size dans le maître et 2 lits queen dans les deux autres chambres. Chaque chambre dispose d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat et le salon dispose d'un grand écran plat de 65 pouces. Candidats en acier inoxydable avec laveuse et sécheuse LG empilables. Granit exotique personnalisé dans la cuisine et les bois durs d'origine remis à neuf. Grande douche à l'italienne en granit avec plusieurs jets. Juste au milieu de la cour st. Vous pouvez marcher n'importe où au centre-ville en quelques secondes.

My friends and I had the best stay at this cute little loft. It’s walking distance to multiple restaurants and is very centrally located. We had a great weekend!

We spent the weekend playing golf at RTJ. Loft was a treat to return to after a long day on the golf course especially the amazing walk-in shower. What a way to end the day. Rental was clean and comfortable. Dustin was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Overall great experience!

There was no mention of the HIGH steps that had to be taken just to enter the property. Anyone with ANY type of disability might have a problem. My wife, who has back problems, had to stay in the apt. because she was unable to go up the stairs without pain. The maids had left food in the freezer and cabinets. A bag of sugar that was left open spilled into the cabinets and just left there. The drawer that had utensils for cooking contained all type of junk. We washed everything before use. None of the bathrooms had a towel bar or hook to hang your hand towel on, and there was plenty of wall space to do so. If I owned the property, and paid someone to clean it, I would find someone else to do so. WE paid for a cleaning service and did NOT get a clean apartment. Other than all of that, location was great. Just be warned about the steep climb that is required just to enter the apartment.

Very comfortable and great location. Dustin was very accommodating. Only thing I would add is a coffee table to set things on in the living room. Great place.

This loft is exactly as it appears! Great old hardwood floors and located right at the heart of downtown Florence. Property manager responded immediately to any inquiries. We had a great time!

Dustin is a great host and the space was perfect for me, my significant other, my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Close to UNA and restaurants and stores. Very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot for downtown
I had a great stay at this downtown loft. It is conveniently located on a main street, adjacent to fun places to eat and shop. We attended evening events during our stay and felt very safe returning later at night.

Great golf trip!!
My golf partner, her husband, myself and my husband went to Florence to tune up our golf game. We stayed in the loft and found it to be very convenient and comfortable for us all. We had a great time and would do it all again in a minute!!

Can’t beat the convenience to shops and dining in Florence, and quick drives to FAME, Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, and the river. Will definitely book again when returning to Florence!
