Modern apartments in a very nice residential neighborhood. It is not our first time here, and this time they already have a rooftop and gym.
It is not something bad, actually everything was fine! 😃 Just more comfortable to have a wardrobe near the bed, as we had in our room previous time (not at the entrance door) :))

Nice big spacious room, very quite and comfortable in a nice area of Barcelona. Little Kitchenette to make some small meals and coffee machine (pod) in room or also on level 1 with bottles of water. Only 25-30 mins walk to Sagrada Familia, 20 mins to Gaudi's House and 45 mins to Camp Nou. There are also plenty of metro/bus options around for those that don't like to walk too far. Plenty of restaurants, cafe's, bakeries and supermarkets around too! Would definitely stay again when in Barcelona.

The room has everything you need for a longer stay.
It only does not have cooking facilites, but we always ate outside, so did not need it.
Room was cleaned daily, staff was friendly, and it was great to leave the bags after the check out.
It would be good to be notified about the 250 € deposit in advance- maybe in e-mail when you make a resevation.

Location was great as it was walking distance from the city Centre but far enough that we were not affected by the night life noice which Barca is famous for.
Rooms/bed was comfy and well appointed…small/cozy but was expected in the older buildings in Europe.

Location, facilities and staff were excellent. Very convenient to station.
Some additional kitchen facilities - a chopping board and second dinner plate, specifically - would have been helpful.

I booked this hotel only because it was the best deal offered for my dates and it had a small kitchenette. I prefer suites over rooms, and always want a terrace or outdoor space. It was more than adequate but lacked any Spanish charm. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The voices at night from the street...not many but LOUD and annoying until at least 3 am....this is nothing that the hotel can control, but you should be aware of this fact. No balconies, but I knew this when booking. The price was HIGH due to 100,000 tickets sold to a music festival, so the whole city was expensive...this was the best deal!
