Everything was so nice, we would very much like to come back.

It was not possible to lower the temperature in the room.

Great location and facilities. Spa and pool ideal after a long day on the slopes. We stayed in a self-catering chalet and the sofabed for the kids was brilliant. Really comfortable and the separate bedroom was perfect for us adults. Very clean hotel and super friendly staff.

No welcome pack- milk, bread.arrived late and nothing open

Staff are not always helpful. The bar was rarely open and open fire in the lounge area rarely lit - a shame as this is the only social area in the property with lots of nice seating yet not made inviting.

Room and location

A welcome pack of bread, milk and butter would be a great offering for guests, as arrived on a Saturday late and lack of thing open on a Sunday. Coffee paper filters for the machine they supply!! Hooks for hanging clothes/ dressing gowns, on back of bedroom door would be a good idea

Fabulous location, well equipped chalet , attentive staff, comfortable beds, super spa facilities.
