Perfect location! Great stay for all age ranges! House had the perfect layout for gathering everyone together for dining, visiting, games and other family activities. The place was well stocked and very well kept. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

We had a great trip, lots to do. We spend a ton of time in the screened in porch with the gas fireplace chatting. We loved the space.

We loved the location for our family, so close to the pool! The home was the perfect size for our family, and it allowed us to stay together under one roof. The activities in the basement also helped out on a rainy day! We would heartily recommend the property and the property manager to families wanting the "Galena Experience."

Spent 5 nights at this property for a 5 sibling reunion (ages 60-74). Great house, plenty of room, very clean, well stocked with appliances, dishes, soap, etc...Fabulous game room with all sorts of activities, can't forget the large sized hot tub as well. You can tell this property is well maintained and cared for. Last wonderful feature is the screened in porch, can be outside without any bugs bothering you and also had a gas fireplace, for those slightly cooler nights. Lots to do in the area as well.

Beautiful home in a scenic part of the Galena territory. Plenty of activities to stay busy and only 15 minutes to downtown Galena. Angie was very helpful and accommodating. I look forward to our next stay at this property.

Great communication with the owner , whenever i had a question she answered my email in a timely manner This is one of the best rentals I have stayed at in the Galena territories , they thought of everything , loved the coffee bar, Game room , outdoor firepit , out door games , hot tub, laundry . Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house for a family. It was clean, had good space/layout, and wonderful amenities including the game room, screened porch, very new/clean hot tub, and firewood. It is directly across from the Owners Club with pools and more, and a quick drive to town for shopping and restaurants. Overall we had a great stay!

This is the third time we have stayed here and enjoy it every year! It has everything our mixed age group (4-74) are looking for in a vacation home. The fireplace and hot tub are the draw for adults and the games in the basement are perfect for the kids. Thank you for sharing your house with us again!

We had a great stay! We rented for a long weekend for a family gathering with 10 people. Plenty of space and took full advantage of the games and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!

So much to do and see in the area and this location was perfect. We loved all of the amenities in this property. Our grandkids had a blast in the basement with all of the games, perfect for a weekend getaway. The community building was nice for pickle ball And swimming with only a four minute walk to the front door. The house came with everything we needed to cook, play, and entertain. The couches and beds were very comfortable, and we used the fireplace morning noon and night. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second visit back - we love ringing in the New Year in the territories! This place has something fun for everyone! Kids love the games and the basement - Adults love socializing and connecting upstairs! Will be back again!

This is the best rental that we've stayed at in the Territory ...and we've been coming out to Galena every Thanksgiving for the past 35 years. The home was accurately depicted in the rental listing...and was even better when we arrived. Since our group had 8 people, the leaf was in the dining room table and two extra chairs were added so that we could all sit together. They also put 8 chairs around the outdoor firepit... such thoughtful touches that were very much appreciated! The bedrooms were comfortable with the extra pillows and comforters (again - not something you find in all rentals!). The kids and adults all enjoyed spending time in the basement/game room and many fun competitions took place over the course of the weekend. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the nearby hiking trail right off Tanager. Thank you so much for the lovely place to stay - we can't wait to return!

The house was very nice, clean and spacious. We had lots of fun playing the games in the basement. The owners are great people. We had a problem with the tv. They answered the phone right away and resolved the problem quickly. They were very nice.

We stayed at this lovely home to attend a Family wedding that was held at Eagle Ridge Resort. This was perfect for our whole family and close enough to the venue. The young kids loved the game room and all the activities for them. I wish we would of had more time to stay here and just relax! I would definitely choose this place again!

Great house for a large family get away with young children, located right across (busy road) from GTA Owners Club & GTA Fire Station (which blew the volunteer horn four times over the weekend in the middle of the night). GTA Owners Club indoor pool was closed the first two days( should have been alerted to that on rental site, a partial refund of rental fee would be nice). TV in living room unwatchable especially during the day due to blue tint(screen must be going and should be replaced). Master bed mattress is so worn you literally sink 6-8 inchs when climbing in, good luck trying to roll over, worst nights of sleep I have had in years. Love the area, but the home needs a little TLC!

Spacious and convenient home. More attention to deeper cleaning (under furniture, some kitchenware), and structural maintenance (raised screws on decking, metal pieces loose on screen door) would make it a safer home for small children.

House location and layout was amazing. Owner thought of everything and very well decorated. Great owner communication. Excellent for multiple families. Loved the sunroom and seeing the deer. Coffee bar was amazing and beds very comfortable. Had a very homey feel. Would definitely rent again

Couldn't be more convenient to the Territories offers, owners club literally across the street and main resort and golf courses a short drive away!

Clean, great location, easy rental, perfect for our family

Our family of 10 headed to Galena from multiple states and stages of life. The house was perfect for us, big family room and screened in porch allowed for lots of late night talks and able to spread out. Huge backyard allowed for yard games. We enjoyed the downstairs gameroom. Lots of extras were appreciated- fully stocked kitchen, welcome note, Keurig coffee maker. Wonderful host and loved the location.

This house was beautiful. It was extremely clean. The game room in the basement was amazing--pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, darts, and more. All high-quality equipment. Large well-furnished living room. Very nice sunporch, patio, and fire pit. Huge gas grill with extra gas tanks. Plenty of dry firewood. The kitchen was well-stocked and efficient. Right across the street from the clubhouse with three pools, a gymnasium, a well-equipped fitness room, a snack bar, and more. We were very pleased.

The house was everything we expected and more! It was nice to be able to walk to the Rec Club. The hot tub at the house was nice. Everyone enjoyed the game room. We would definitely rent this house again!

My family and I needed to get away from the city, so we packed our things (and our frenchie Harley), and drove to Galena. This home looks better in person. We had a few issues with the televisions, but when I called they came right out and fixed it. The house is positioned across the street from the Owners Club. The pools are great, we enjoyed Main street was fun. I would highly recommend this home

Well stocked home. It had everything we needed . The owners were only a text away for any questions that we had and answered immediately! The downstairs game room was a big hit with all the family . Pool table didn’t have a lot of room to play around ,but was still fun for the kids . The fire pit was enjoyed by all with plenty of firewood to keep a fire going ! The Jacuzzi worked great and temperature was perfect . ( We will note that a mama bird with babies was nesting above a light by the jacuzzi and she would dive bomb you if she felt you were too close . Lol ) The huge back yard was also visited by deer in the evening . The kids loved watching them . Our favorite gathering spot was the screened in patio area ! Great place for everyone to socialize . A few things to note : The stairs in this house are very steep and it’s a lot of up and down from bedrooms to lower game room /jacuzzi/fire pit areas. There are no steps from main level outside deck to lower area. The inside of home was neat and tidy , but the outside patio and deck area need a thorough cleaning/sweeping and wipe down. The clubhouse across the road is really showing it’s age . The arcade room has so many out of order games that it was a waste of time. This clubhouse needs to be refreshed … just seems like the HOA fees are being used for other improvements . Overall it was a nice home that all 10 of us enjoyed .
