The home is in a fabulous neighborhood. It is not close to Tampa, at least a 40 minute drive without traffic- we went to Berns. The pool was fabulous, jacuzzi not so great. Lots of things were not working. Beds were ok, nothing has been updated, so windows were old as were sliders (lots of them). So to keep cool, really needed to keep curtains closed. Extremely large patio partly covered, but the mildew smell in that area was quite strong. Pool deck could use good cleaning. Large gas grill that was clean and burned quite hot. Master shower had no hot water, sink had lukewarm and bathroom jacuzzi as well as other two showers had extremely hot water. One outdoor hose was inoperable and the washer did not clean at all. The pool area was nice, the neighbors were nice and it was quite outside. TV in master very old and limited channels. Shower in room off kitchen was stopped up, and the water ran out of faucet and shower head. We had a hiccup with a repair to kitchen sink faucet. It took better part of the day. We did get some extra time to compensate. The cleaning was weak, but not horrible. The host did respond. It just could really use some updating as so
Many things did not work real well. But we enjoyed that pool area, and Dunedin and Clearwater were nice to visit.

SAFETY - no pool railings, MB floor slippery, cooktop dangerous CLEANINESS- pool area musty, broken concrete, grounds messy
broken blinds - so much more - 2 senior adults for 5 weeks, family w/ 3 respectful teens for 5 days- house has been abused and not cared for- we left 5 days early than paid for

This is a great house for an extended family. The children enjoyed the pool every day we were there. The older members were able to prepare meals. There were plenty of places to sit and eat. The adults had their own room while the children slept in the bedroom where the twin beds were found.

From our professional, friendly check-in process to walking into the property, our experience was excellent. The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The patio and pool area were a family favorite for hanging out and spending time together. The kitchen area was ideal for cooking and became our general meeting area due to its open area.

The house is very clean and can easily accommodate several families opting to vaca together! The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed I didn’t want to get out of! The 2nd largest room had a king bed and full bath! There are 2 more bedrooms which share a full bathroom; one with a queen bed, the other with two twin bed and a twin loft bed! The pool is amazing and there are pool floats/noodles for you to use! The ability to park in the garage was great! Diana is very nice and accommodating! I highly recommend this rental for your vacation or business trip!

Chic, inviting, fully-stocked, well maintained. Great location. Wonderful, established neighborhood. Pictures on VRBO are accurate. Host was very attentive. Easy access to beaches as well as everything Tampa & Clearwater has to offer.

We really enjoyed this property! ... the layout of the house is great and there was plenty of room for our entire family ... alot of ammenities, including beach toys, beach towels, large sun umbrellas, coolers, folding chairs, and more. We were also pleasantly suprised to find a pack n play, toddler toilet, and a booster seat, which saved us from needing to run to walmart. There were even cooking spices, extra propane for the grill, and we were happy to find foil in the drawer too! Our family spent alot of time hanging out under the covered/enclosed patio... kept the bugs out! The property is near lots of stores and restaurants... easy to get around. Owner was very responsive to all of our needs... Would definitely stay here again!
Suggestions: replace washer (signs of rust), provide a few laundry pods (owner did provide liquid hand soap, toilet paper, towel roll, dish soap and dishwasher pods)

We really enjoyed this property! ... the layout of the house is great and there was plenty of room for our entire family ... alot of ammenities, including beach toys, beach towels, large sun umbrellas, coolers, folding chairs, and more. We were also pleasantly suprised to find a pack n play, toddler toilet, and a booster seat, which saved us from needing to run to walmart. Spacious house for multiple families
House was clean and communication was great! This home sits in a quiet neighborhood, so it is not walkable to any restaurants, etc. Very spacious home with a great pool area; pool was heated (as requested) when we arrived. Plenty of supplies for cooking and grilling. The home has had some updates, but needs to be completed, especially in the bathrooms. Needs some minor maintenance TLC (closet doors off the track, etc.). The bathroom roof leaked when it rained (in the smaller king room). Overall the kids enjoyed the pool, sand toys and beach towels provided for a visit to the beach. Property manager was prompt in answering all of my questions during the entire process.

We loved it. Location good. Pool great. Space was perfect. However there was an issue with a picture falling off the wall in back bedroom and the sliding door to bathroom got stuck.

Diana was easy to work with and maintained great communication. We recommend Honeymoon Islabd for nearby beach, has facilities to change and bathrooms. Good place for shelling and sunsets ♥️

Property was clean. Pool was awesome. Close to everything you need within 5 to 10 minutes. 25 minutes from clearwater Beach. If traveling to clearwater area again will look up again.
