We booked this property to visit our daughter for parents’ weekend. We are from CA so it’s a long trip for a short stay. Imagine how lovely it is to pull up to a beautiful old home and see the charming cottage on a picturesque hill waiting for you. It’s that cozy. Meticulously clean, bright and cheerful, well appointed, a super comfy bed and the couch begs you to take a nap. The shower pressure was so good! Sharon, our host, was so accommodating to our weary red-eye flight needs and made sure everything was ready for us. I hope to stay here every time we visit.

The Cute Cottage was top notch. Elegantly and comfortably furnished. The gardens were peaceful and we enjoyed walking the path in the fields across the road.

Sharon's cottage was so cozy, welcoming, and bright. Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to a family issue, but my stay was comfortable and relaxing while I was there. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with shopping, food just down the road, and some lovely walking trails/dog park within walking distance. This is a perfect place to provide a quiet getaway. This cottage was clean, crisp and comfortable in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The terrace was a nice spot for morning coffee, listening and watching the wildlife in the nearby field.The property manager was informative and responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very private and bucolic setting. Beautifully renovated separate cottage. Very thoughtful hosts. Very nice bathroom but some of the furniture needs replacing. Three broken wooden chairs not safe to sit on. An old mattress on a wooden slat bed frame that made for noisy uncomfortable sleeping. The kitchenette was handy but there is no where to keep ice.

I spent the night in the cottage (I was driving from NY to RI). The place and its surroundings were beautiful. The cottage itself is super comfortable and clean. Plenty of cushions and a super comfy bed and sofa. I appreciate that they use apple cider and vinegar to clean because I'm asthmatic and allergic. I recommend it to everyone.

Everything about it was perfect and surpassed my expectations!! The bathroom and kitchenette seems brand-new. The shower was incredible! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this serene Woodbridge gem. The hosts, the setting, the gardens and the cottage itself are all quite lovely. It is also very nicely situated directly across from the Fitzgerald Tract Trails, allowing guests to simply cross the road to explore its various walking trails and community gardens. We highly recommend it.

This rental was lovely!! It met all of our needs for our 3 day weekend and then some. The owners were low key and very thoughtful as well. We would highly recommend this property!

We stayed here for Yale commencement. It was an ideal place to stay, a quick and easy drive to New Haven and a wonderfully quiet, lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. If on'y we'd had time, I would have loved to walk the nearby trail/path. Sharon was helpful both before and during our stay. The cottage is immaculate, and very comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely fantastic time and venues. From the food tour at Louie's Lunch, touring the Yale campus and reveling in the classic architecture, an unexpected local street fest showcasing local artists and ending with a tremendous JRAD show that seriously just hit on all notes. Wish we had more time to enjoy the residence and the gardens and nooks that surround it. The colors in the cottage are so inviting and comforting. Fabrics and appointments and texture make you feel like your your home. The shower in the bathroom- WOW!!! Hopefully back for another show during dahlia season.

We stayed at the most charming cottage close to garden enhanced walking paths, great restaurants and access to several other towns, New Haven and the shore. Owners were delightful.. served us delicious cookies on arrival and a travel bag to go on departure. This rental was a winner all around!

Stayed for a couple of days very nice and clean. Is also close to New Haven which was nice.
