Niché dans Belleair Beach, ce attractif maison pour 742 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain voyage Directement sur la plage, 2 étages townhome en bord de mer. Juste à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc. Quartier relaxant et peu fréquenté avec seulement 5 unités dans notre complexe. La salle familiale, la salle à manger et la cuisine ont une vue directe sur l'océan et comprennent une grande télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, une connexion wi-fi gratuite. La chambre familiale s'ouvre sur un patio privé, à quelques pas de la plage. Le patio de cuisine est également sur la plage et est partagé avec l'unité à côté. Les caractéristiques de la cuisine extra-large confortable, grande fenêtre pour s'asseoir ou se détendre. Beaucoup d'espace de comptoir, grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Il est complet avec tous les plats, verrerie, casseroles et poêles, mixeur, cafetière, grille-pain, ainsi que tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin. Attaché à la cuisine est une promenade dans le garde-manger avec laveuse et sécheuse ainsi.
La chambre du bas a 2 lits jumeaux et salle de bain complète.
Le loft à l'étage dispose d'un lit de jour avec vue sur l'océan. La chambre principale est à côté du loft et il a un lit king, des sièges supplémentaires, TV, donnant toutes sur l'océan. Très grande salle de bain. Imaginez-vous aller au lit et écouter les vagues de l'océan la nuit!
Les 2 patios font face à l'eau avec de grands meubles de patio et un barbecue. Notre grande piscine chauffée est partagée avec seulement 4 autres maisons et est un endroit idéal pour se détendre ou se divertir.
Tous les draps (draps, oreillers, couvertures, serviettes de bain et de plage) sont fournis. Nous avons également 1 espace de stationnement privé qui correspond à 2 voitures.

We loved everything about this beach house! The owners were so kind and easy to work with. We had all the amenities we needed. It was very clean. Right on the beach!

We loved our stay! The home is exactly as described and pictured. Super cozy and functional, and really couldn’t be closer to the beach! I think we counted 10 steps from back patio to sand! The owner was as helpful as you could hope for and great to work with. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids) which felt about the perfect size for this home. We would happily return and would also highly recommend this property to others. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home and the Thanksgiving week memories our family will never forget!

This property is located right on The beach with amazing views. It’s a large home with plenty of space for our family of 6. It was extremely convenient having access to the owners beach chairs and toys, we learned to play spike ball and had a blast with the kids. The kitchen was also well equipped. I highly recommend!

My sisters and I had a fabulous time at the townhouse. I chose Belleair Beach because the properties are so close to the water, the neighborhood is safe, and there are great restaurants close by. There is much less of a touristy vibe. The condo was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. This property is the closest that I have stayed to the waterline which made the cost easier to justify. It was fabulous. After dinner, we would sit on the patio, just a few meters from the water, and watch the beautiful sunset. You could hear the ocean roaring and feel the fabulous breeze. Between the patio doors and the sand was a beautiful buffer of green grass. It was so nice not to have to walk through a nasty parking garage or over a parking lot to get to the beach. The ocean was just steps away from the sliding glass doors.

This was the best beach house we have stayed at in FL. The location, views, and pool were awesome! We will definitely be staying here again.

This proximity of this property to the beach and water is, literally, unbeatable, and I've rented quite a few "beachfront" properties over the years. If your favorite thing is the beach, then this is the rental! It was also ideal for my husband, myself, our eldest, their spouse, and almost 2 year old, to share, as there was "their" bedroom & full bathroom on the first floor at one end of the house, and "our" bedroom and en suite bathroom on the 2nd floor at the other end of the house. Definitely gave a nice separation for nap time & sleeping. The common areas are comfortable, spacious and light.....the cathedral ceilinged living room with the loft is just lovely. It was super well stocked with pretty much everything we needed or could want........boogie boards, toys, paper goods, coffee supplies, sunscreen, etc. Watching the sunsets from the 2nd floor balcony every evening was amazing!! The A/C worked well, and the ceiling fans were a great option, allowing us to keep the A/C turned off in most of the house for much of the time. The host texted us on the first evening to check-in on our safe arrival, and to see if we had any questions, and was readily available and responsive throughout our stay for any communication. The general area was quite busy, with lot of traffic, and the beach had more people than expected, but it was late March, and at the end of spring break. The shared pool is great, also, for a quiet dip. Fantastic place! No reason to hesitate. I could go on.....

This condo could not be better situated--RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The sound of the waves was a constant symphony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well outfitted, the AC and fans worked well. The owners (I think) are improving the property bit-by-bit, and there is a new washer/dryer, fridge, and dishwasher. The spiral staircase to get upstairs was not a problem for us, but I can imagine for older folks it may be a bit tough. Clearwater is close, as is Indian Rocks. I highly recommend this condo.

The townhouse was located right on the beach just as the pictures showed. It was bigger than it seemed in the photos and that was a nice surprise. The 5 of us were very comfortable there. It was well appointed with beach games, towels, chairs and even sunscreen. There was also a welcome gift of cheese/crackers and Prosecco when we arrived as well as a few snacks. The units on either side of us had separate entrances, decks and patios. A lovely home for our family holiday!

We had a great stay right on the beach! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners called and texted us a couple times to check on us and to give us answers if we asked about something.

This house sat perfectly on the beach! Just steps out the back door was the ocean. It was convenient and extremely amazing to have the private beach access! The owners were communicating to us on day 1 ensuring that we had everything we needed. Our family had a very relaxing and lovely week staying at this property!

It provided all the basic necessities of home and lots of extras too. It really was like home away from home. The view this location provides is absolutely stunning and 10 steps to the beach is completely accurate. We have never been to this area of Florida before. It provided all the basic necessities of home and lots of extras too. It really was like home away from home. While the townhouse has not been updated recently, it is clean, spacious and has everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. The complex has a pool which was very clean. We appreciated all the amenities they offered; having a washer/dryer in the unit, beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels etc. The family who owns the unit is very responsive but not intrusive at all. It was great! We definitely recommend this property.
