Our stay in this lovely home was magical. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Cozy throws and the gas fire place soothed our tired bones at the end of a Moonstone day. Every detail of this home was designed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was organized with anything you could need. Terry was a hostess with the mostest. Highly recommend this magical escape on Moonstone Beach.

House is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The location is perfect! We had a lovely few days to hike, and hang out with friends. Terry was lovely and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this house and Cambria...so beautiful!

I don't have the words to say how magical this wonderful retreat is! We spent the holidays here, and it was such a special and relaxing place to be with dear friends and family. From the moment we walked in, we were wowed with the property and all of its amenities - it has everything you could think of! Stocked kitchen, homely living and dining areas, gorgeous bedrooms/bathrooms, and the most amazing ocean views. Terry was a dream to work with, and every step of the way she ensured we were comfortable and satisfied. The coffee maker stopped working the second day we were there, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were credited for a morning coffee run to a local shop while also replacing the machine the very same day! Unbelievable hospitality. Overall, this was a perfect home base for us to take in all of Cambria and the best the Central Coast has to offer, including the Christmas Market, Hearst Castle, Elephant Seals, Paso Robles, and per Terry's recommendation - the serene grounds of Venteux Vineyards! We are already planning our next trip back, and with any luck, will be able to stay in this wonderful sanctuary again. Thanks again Terry for everything!!!!

Everything was wonderful and relaxing! The location was great for exploring the ocean and the town of Cambria. My family was overjoyed with all the amenities of the kitchen and the open floor plan of dinning and living rooms. We enjoyed spending our family Christmas trip together. We would love to return to this beautiful home again next year!

Wow! Amazing! What a beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy home! So much attention to detail. Luxurious beds, linens, comforters, quilts, and pillows in all bedrooms. Beautiful bathrooms with hotel quality towels. Gorgeous kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need. Cozy living room with quality, comfortable furniture. The location is great, ocean view from the windows and outdoor balconies. Very close to the ocean. Couldn’t be happier with our stay! Owners are great at communication! Terry was super helpful with everything. Hoping to be back soon!

Beautifully decorated updated home very close to the shore.
Walking distance to trails.
Lovely quiet neighborhood.
Kitchen is well stocked and great to prepare meals in.
In October there is a scarecrow festival in the town which was fun to see all the entries from local businesses and residents.
We enjoyed a trip up to the Elephant Seal Preserve, which is always a draw when we are in the area.
We took dogs to a local very impressive dog park on the other side of town.
Launch and wine tasting in San Simeon.
The house was very comfortable with a fireplace in the living room and partial ocean views.
It was a wonderful stay!
Terry was super responsive with questions and checked in to make sure all was okay.
Will definitely come back!

This was the perfect spot for my birthday weekend getaway with my good friend and my three pups. The house is beautifully cared for, stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed lounging around in the living room, gazing out at the ocean, listening to the waves crashing. The kitchen was beautiful and a pleasure to cook in. The location is ideal, a minute drive to Fiscalini Ranch or Moonstone Beach, close to town, easy drive to wine tasting or hiking up the coast. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner was quick to respond to questions and made us feel totally welcome. An all around perfect getaway!

Terry was VERY communicative and their home is lovely! Very comfortable, with all the amenities you need for your stay. All four of us loved this home with great views, comfortable beds, furniture, outdoor furniture and great views!. We will be back!!!!

We suffered great losses in the.pandemic years and needed a getaway to regroup and recharge. We choose the Eroica vintage bike event in Cambria partly in memory of our young bicycle champion family member lost last year. We sought an appropriate house for the gathering and this one seemed perfect. And it was. Perfect location,floorplan, furnishings, equipment, parking, views, amenities, etc. The hostess was fabulous, friendly, informative and engaging.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Cambria staying at this property. The location was perfect for taking advantage of walking along Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Preserve. It didn't hurt that the weather was absolutely perfect!

This house was in a great location and was extremely clean, new, and homey. The location was perfect for PCH and Hearst. Host was easily reachable and quick to respond. The bath arrangement was awesome. Two full bathrooms on the lower floor was a plus. There was nothing that we needed or thought could have been better. House was well stocked and decorated nicely. Some rentals are bare bones, but this house felt like you could move in and live in it just as it is. Well done.

The home is lovely, very comfortable and well appointed, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The owners conscientiously ensure a superb experience. The location is fantastic - just half a block to a small park area with benches for enjoying the ocean view; short walk to Fiscalini Ranch for its easy trail along the cliffs. Truly exceptional.

This property lived up to and exceeded it great reviews. Beautiful location with great ocean and sunset views. First class appointments in every room and a new kitchen with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Perfect spot on the central California coast and downtown Cambria is fun to visit. I look forward to staying there again.

We were looking for a house to host a reunion of friends near the beach and this home did not disappoint. Spacious, great floor plan for engagement, with a variety of decks to enjoy. Fully remodeled, clean and has all the needed amenities. The best part is the home is located about a block from the beach and a short walk to a beautiful open space preserve that with cliffs that overlooks the ocean and simply makes you feel like you’re in paradise. The hosts are very gracious, responsive, and kind and will answer any questions. If you are looking for a wonderful home near the beach, this home is a gem!

What a wonderful home to have the family from out of State, be all together. Plenty of space, multiple decks, ocean views, large open rooms, dog friendly, beautifully appointed, great cooks kitchen. This place is just perfect, great host as well!

Just the laid-back California experience we were looking for! Heard that the Park Hill area of Cambria was a great neighborhood. Yup! And this home was exceptional. Three houses from the ocean and a little park. Walked to the shore every morning with our coffee and every night for sunset. Short walk to Shamel Park and access to Fiscalini Preserve. Terry and Dave are great hosts and their home is just perfect. Master suite on the second level with King bed, slider to deck, huge walk-in closet and bathroom with jacuzzi and walk-in shower. It was just the two of us, so we lived on the upper level. Great open floor plan with two patios. The lower level is huge with another king bedroom and other bedrooms. The home is perfect for a large family or two families to live! We appreciated the EV charger too! Would definitely stay at Terry and Dave's again!

The home is beautiful, the view is amazing, the location is perfect, the beds are comfortable. You can't ask for much more! The weather was super windy but we were all very content staying inside and just enjoying the view and each other's company. The owners were available and very helpful with troubleshooting the downstairs tv. If I had to give any constructive feedback it would only be that the lighting inside the dining and living rooms is pretty dim and we all have bad eyesight - my mom tripped on the step down into the living room (since she didn't fall it added some comic relief for me and my brother!) Other than that - it was a wonderful place and we would love to return!

We loved our stay in such a wonderful, warm, cozy, comfortable Cambria beach home with lovely views. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. It was unfortunate we hit horrible weather but it didn't ruin our stay since we took advantage of the fireplace and surroundings. We would definitely return and recommend this place. Owner is definitely reachable and stays in communication with you. Thank you for your hospitality!
The one concern for other renters might be is, the 3 other bedrooms are located on the bottom floor. Staircase is steep with rails though.

My husband and I and our two dogs, spent a peaceful week relaxing in this lovely house. It has comfortable beds and a warm and cozy living room with a beachy vibe. You have everything you will need to enjoy Cambria.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We felt right at home and had all the amenities that we needed. Home has a terrific Floorplan with the master bedroom upstairs with the living area and the additional bedrooms downstairs. Beds were super comfortable and bedding was delightful and warm.
You can see waves crashing to the shore from the living room….bonus!

I stayed here with a group of friends celebrating our 30 year high school reunion. It was beautiful and in a prime location. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could not have enjoyed it anymore than we did. I highly reccomend.

This home was very comfortable to stay in for five adults including a 92 year old. There are stairs and the master bedroom is much nicer than the downstairs rooms. Just something to consider if doing a few couples. Very comfortable to hang out, cook, sleep and relax even in wintery weather. Well stocked kitchen and fun surprises in terms of games and other things which would have come in handy during warmer weather. Terry was great and very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this home.

When we were coming down the street, I recognized it right away. The pictures of the property don't give it the credit that it really deserves!! This home is better in person!! The layout is fantastic - so much room!! Beautiful!!
Cambria is such a cool town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The coastline is a beautiful drive.
Hearst Castle, Elephant Seal Beach and a drive by of Nitt Witt Ridge a musts if you are staying here.

This was our third time at Park Hill, and it was as stunning as the first two! There is nothing that you will need as this property is well appointed -- linens and towels are top notch, the furniture is beyond comfy, and the location cannot be beat! A 30 second walk and you are at the beach. A 10 minute walk and you are at Fiscalini Ranch. Park Hill never disappoints!

Nicely organized and stocked kitchen. One suggestion— it’s nice that you use scent free detergent but it would be nice to also use unscented dryer sheets. The supply of games was nice.
The early entry was much appreciated. All of my family said their beds were comfy.

Park Hill was an outstanding site for our get together to celebrate a big birthday for a dear friend. The house is spacious and comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. A short walk down the block takes you to an oceanfront path where we enjoyed walking, and of course Moonstone Beach and the village of Cambria and all its charms are close by. We appreciated the use of the outdoor grill which made our first night hamburger dinner easy to prepare. We also much appreciated the enclosed backyard and dog friendly policy of the owners. We had already planned and reserved tastings at Hearst (fabulous!) and a couple of other wineries so were unable to take Terry up on her very kind offer to host us at Venteux where she pours, but we hope to come back some day . Thank you so much for your kindness, attentiveness and for offering your wonderful home!

Alright, before we stayed here, it was hard for me to believe that this house, or any house on VRBO, could actually deservedly earn the unanimous 5-star reviews this home has garnered. Is the feedback from others rigged? So I and my 5 companions began looking for faults that would justifyably drop the rating of our experience. We tried and tried, but about all we could pick on is that we couldn't find a martini shaker in the otherwise extremely well-stocked kitchen! OK, is that really grounds for dropping a star? That would be churlish and unfair of me, expecially since we did bring our own shakers. So, sigh, I must agree with the other 100+ 5-star reviews that this is an incredible VRBO listing, well worth 6 stars if such a thing could be granted! We had a great time, and the upstairs kitchen/dining/living room was ideal for chilling out, game playing, and catching up on each others' lives now that we're brave enough to travel again.
