The location
The place was not cleaned properly, there was delayed check-in, no aircon, DSTV not working, no iron, no tea/coffee, main door does not close unless locked.

I was disappointed in the fact that there was no WiFi and the dish cloths were old other than that every thing was perfect

Parking is narrow for big family car.

The room place was great. The bedding was clean. All kitchen equipment and utensils were in place. Parking very secure .
The view of the city from the balcony was breath taking. There is a shopping mall about 10mins walk away.

Location is convenient and close to major central part of Windhoek city. Shops and malls are round the corner. The view from the balcony is amazing.
The WiFi could be boosted even if it means a hike in the price for accommodation. The owner or management should provide dishwashing liquid for the kitchen. Maybe some small coffee or tea bags as well will help.

Prepaid water was finished upon arrival, but host sorted issue.
Security wasn't sure which key is for the apartment as it wasn't marked.
