The location was spot on and the views were absolutely stunning! We didn't want to leave the flat half the time as the view was spectacular.

The apartment was clean spacious and had an amazing location, the beach was a stones throw away. Leannes communication was quick and friendly.

Location was lovely looking over the seafront
Unfortunately mattress hard In back bedroom wife slept on single bed myself on sofa . shower tray never emptied in main en-suite so was not good to use as overflowing I unblocked it but never made difference could not use again the shower in main bathroom had no slip mat so my 80 year old mom had to strip wash as couldn’t climb into bath to access shower the bedsheets felt damp on the beds still had previous ppls mess outside middle bedroom on carpet sockets need a clean and refresh balcony would be lovely if it wasn’t grubby and chairs didn’t have holes in the seat no desire to sit out shame really 🙁

Location is fantastic and super clean and spacious inside
My only very slight negative was the mattress in the main bedroom did not give us the best nights sleep.

Lovely location, exceptional placement to the paighton beach the pier short walk away even a tesco, sainsburys and local pharmacy too.
The inside of the flat (ground floor) was fantastic, spacious and we'll thought out.
The step to the front door was. Abit too much for one of us, but we managed to assist them in.

Right in front of the beach, easy walking distance to main town centre of Paignton, shops, pubs, restaurants, train and bus stations. Great loaction
Parking on site is only issue. Very tight to manoeuvre

Beautiful views and rooms were spotless
Could have done with an extra baking tray and a tin opener but that was minor. Nothing else to comment on, perfect stay!

By far the best holiday apartment we've stayed in Devon, fully equipped, home from home . Perfect location, just a stones throw away from beach ⛱️ with your own parking. Being disabled we were on the ground floor which was perfect.
There was nothing I could complain about . Seriously the best weekend stay we've had .

amazing view, plenty of space, well stocked with travel cot/highchair etc. all the kitchen utensils etc you could need. nicely decorated. comfy beds.
shower in the en-suite doesn’t drain, neighbours in next apartment we back and forth with dog slamming the doors regularly and upstairs stamping was loud. blinds missing from the living room window so felt a little exposed during the evenings.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you would need. Great communication with owner & fabulous coffee.
Only one thing personal to me, I like blackouts in bedroom. Middle window could have had thicker curtain. But really lovely room apart from this. May not bother most people.

the boiler was very noisy but the landlord had an engineer out and sorted that so not a problem!

The position was perfect
Parking for 3 flats was not easy,. Not enough cutlery no tin opener small fridge with small freezer compartment. No recycling details and outside bins already full of rubbish. No welcome book with instructions for cooker. Shower tray overflowed so flooded the bathroom so couldn’t have shower full on.

Amazing location, directly at the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable—had everything we needed. The parking was very convenient. Great communication with the owner. We can highly recommend this property!

it is a beautiful property right on the seafront. it was clean, comfortable and had lovely views. the landlord is very kind, responsive and helped us settle in.

the property was clean and tidy !!
unfortunately for us the kitchen was very dark , the single bed squeaked every time you moved , entrance door is very small no good for a larger person to get through, and the settee has seen better days it dips at one end that you can’t get out..

Nice and spacious. perfect location for where we needed to be on one of the evenings.
bit tired. paint chipped and marked. we also hadn’t checked how close it was to the road - very. so was obviously noisy but that’s our fault for not checking. curtains quite thin so woke up early. Parking area was quite tight.

The location is fantastic. Close to the beach and easy walking to Paignton Pier and other family amusements. Lovely apartment, very clean.
