Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per circa un paio di settimane. Un luogo incantevole, curato nei minimi dettagli e immerso nelle splendide colline umbre. Posizione centrale, perfetta per raggiungere i borghi di interesse. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutta la famiglia per l'ospitalità e la disponibilità dimostrata (avevamo con noi anche il nostro gattino). Da segnalare l'ottimo cibo, colazioni e cene eccellenti preparate tutte da loro con cura, attenzione e grande passione (non perdetevi i loro umbricelli)! L'appartamento è curatissimo e completo di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Clear 10 out of 10, fantastic place and hosts. Clean new looking apartments, nice pool. The food was great using own products. We had a very pleasant stay.

This place was perfect! The staff was very nice. Always smiling and very helpful. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. The location was perfect - it was close to Perugia and Assisi and to the city center. They accepted dogs and let us enter the restaurant with our dog. The room was clean and comfortable, we had two bottles of welcome water which is not common. The stay was perfect to get rest and take a walk with our dog. Hope to come back soon.

Beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, staff was very friendly, appartment was very clean and cosy. The whole place is more beautiful than the pictures!

Magical place with wonderful rooms, an unforgettable view, and incredibly lovely staff. The women in charge are as friendly as their food is delicious. A must-visit.

Everything! Beautiful family owned property. Tastefully renovated original farmhouse, delicious home cooked traditional Italian food, friendly and helpful staff(Italian speaking), scenic views and great central Umbrian location ( quiet and peaceful).

Nothing to not like!

This was really a stunning place to be! What a nice, clean and comfortable house it was. The host was also very kindly and speaks a good word English! She was not always there but always available by phone or Whatsapp and responding very quick. The pool was also clean and big enough. Oh and I didn't even mention the view from the house. Wow, incredible to look over the umbria landscape from the pool! And it's really quiet around the house. Supermarket is only 10 minutes away and a very good restaurant is only 3 minutes away by car. And umbria is just wonderful! Big change if you love Toscana for example, then you'd most probably love also love umbria (and the marks). Much much less tourists and stunning villages and landscape

This really is a very very small minus, but the kitchen inventory may be bigger with for example extra pans, mixer, cutting knife etc. But on the other hand, I'd you ask her or the people that work there and/or lived nearby (which were also extremely nice by the way) the would get it right away.
