The place is immaculate and modern. Location is walking distance to the other entrance to the ruins, so not as long queues as the main one. You also get to see the charming town itself. Near the main railway station, not the Pompei Scavi. Easily accessed by car, lock up parking space. We had a balcony with view over the mountains, lovely to sit with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. The area is very quiet. The B&B is on the top floor of a house without a lift, so be prepared to climb 4 sets of stairs.

Bekvämt rum och badrum, plus med balkong. Enkelt att göra frukost själv, basvaror fanns, billigt.
2,5 trappor upp utan hiss. Läget, mitt emellan järnvägsstation/centrum och Porta Marina: mycket trafikerad väg. Att frukost inte var inkluderad.

The owner Mirko is soooo nice and patiently.He helped us about trip a lot amount introduced the train timetables and helped us search about Campania 3 days pass.The room is so new and clean.There is a breakfast corner.And any food the price is reasonable.The kitchen is also so clean.

The B&B was newly remodeled and was beautifully done. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was nice and spacious. We also really enjoyed the balcony.He met us there and walked us through the facility. It was an easy walk to the Pompei Ruins and about a 15 min walk to the train station.
No problems at all but might not be the best choice for older customers due to not having an elevator and 3 flights of stairs but we loved it.

How close it was to Pompei ruins. Walking distance was 7 minutes. I liked how staff took care of us and answered all questions with accuracy. I liked the balcony. I liked the view of Mount Vesuvius. I liked the safety features for door locks. It is close to market. For the price it is worth it. Thank you
The doors need to be improved. I could hear everyone on the floor. They need to be replaced with sound deadening feature. It is Europe and this place was on the 4th floor. No elevator and had to climb stairs. The the price it is worth it.

Location was great for us. A 15-20 min walk to the ruins and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Check in was done on Whatsapp and parking was free in a secured lot just in front of the property. The property was clean and the room was clean.
The room was tiny and felt cramped with a full size bed and twin. The shower drain was clogged and we had to keep a close eye on not overflowing the shower pan. The sink needed a good lime scale removal. A bit of regular maintenance and this place would have given better vibes.

The place has a very good location, a couple of minutes walk from the Pompei train station and to the Pompei Archeological Parc, in the neighnorhood there is a market. The room was clean, good for travelling with children, there were toiletries, bath towels, coffee and snacks for money (but the prices were very low). The host was very nice and pleasant. We enjoyed the stay.

Since it was a B&B I guess I was expecting more of a breakfast. There were several packaged pastry options, yogurt, fruit, toast and an espresso machine, but no hot food like eggs. Maybe my expectations were based on US B&Bs and it’s different in Italy. There were non breakfast items that you could purchase separately.

Graet Location marvelous flat but other Guests noisy very early in the morning breakfast room which can be heard throughout the rooms.

Modern, convenient and safe.
The host is really clear, helpful and kind.
The room itself was really nicely put together, a great renovation, it felt familiar but not completely alien to the local area.
The kitchen was rarely cleaned, dishwasher not run so we and other guests in the hotel just washed them ourselves.
The floors weren’t swept or hoovered either so things got a little dusty.

clean and tidy rooms and liked the fact our rooms were next door to each other so could share balcony. also liked there was info in rooms about excursions
there were several flights of stairs which didn’t realise with no lift which my dad struggled with a bit. also didn’t realise the breakfast facilities were as they were. it was nice though.

close to the ruins and easy to find. Great parking available. Lovely room. All done by remote check in. Access to a kitchen with everything you need. Good value for money
