The room was spot-on with the description - clean, spacious, with what seemed like fresh sheets. Both the AC and fridge were in good working order. We loved the location; it put us close to everything we wanted to see in town. The host was genuinely nice and even offered us coffee in the morning. It was a pleasant touch to our stay.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Best spot, best area, best Black sea town, best hosts! Rooms, amenities, thoughtfulness, kindness, positive attitude - this is superhost material here and nothing less. Can't wait to get back asap.

The location is at the heart of Sozopol. Beautiful and quiet. Everything you need is a short walk away

We hired two rooms- the top-floor studio and a twin bedroom. The studio is rather spacious and tastefully decorated. It has a big comfortable bed, small kitchenette with kettle, couple of mugs and plates, coffee and tea for a day which was nice, fluffy towels and fridge. Aircon wasn’t needed for the hottest summer days in August , quite a surprise for a top floor room. Cool sea views but you need to go right to the rooftop windows and peek through. TV with few foreign channels and option for USB. Good Internet connection. No balcony for the studio. The twin room had balcony and bathroom facilities outside the room on the same floor for exclusive usage. Overall, great location in the Old town, walking distance from beach and amenities. House is newly refurbished and landlady was very nice.

Noise from other guests and neighbours. It’s to be expected in high season and in the Old town so just keep it in mind that you might be struggling for sleep. No mosquito nets on the windows in the studio. Tiny bathroom in the studio, despite ample floor space. Seems bathroom is occasionally leaking beneath the door so make sure to be careful when showering - although chances are the whole bathroom including toilet and sink will be sprayed wet.
