10 mins walk to the closest beach. A lot of markets and shops around. The kitchen has all main equipment to be able cook at home (it was important for us as we traveled with a child). A friendly host, and it was fast to solve the issues, as they live in the same building.
There are no vine glasses in the apartment. Some facility in the apartment are old.

it was exelent expieriance. Everery thing was super. apartment on hight level and owner very friendly and helpfull.

Nicola and his family were very nice and helpful, they help us also with parking in garage or keep place in front of appartment for us. Appartment was clean, well equiped and quite big. There is also quite big balcony with sea view where you can sit.
we stayed in attic apartment, if you measure > 190 cm you need to watch your head on some places in second bathroom and sleeping room.

The host of the premises is very friendly with very high level of willingness to help. Rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and totally fulfilled the expectations. Location is convenient to fully enjoy different aspects of proper vacation (beach, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants).

Everything was great! We arrived in Budva two hours ahead of time, but Nikola's dad greeted us cordially and took us to the comfortable apartment with a modern design. As a complement on the table was a bowl of fruit and a bottle of Coca-Cola in the fridge. My wife and I were very pleased. The apartment is light and comfortable enough. We did not feel the need for anything. The hoster Nikola is very friendly and helpful – he replaced the failed hair dryer in 10 minutes, generously gave us a small discount for the accommodation paying and provided a transfer to Tivat airport during our departure. Our living in LUX was the most pleasant experience. Near the apartments there is a small grocery store, several cafes, car rental, bus stop. Nikola, if you read this, thank you and your dad for your work, hospitality and the comfort you created!
