very central to Old town and local market. Also, remember that this is a non-driving city so expect a 10 minute walk with suitcases to reach the room

Toni was a great host and communication was easy. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Location was great and easy to access everything in Old Town. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Dubrovnik

A beautifully converted building on a very quiet side street, but still only 2m walk from the centre of the old city.
Toni was a very friendly and genuine host contacting us before arrival and arranging a meeting time, at our convenience. He offered to store our baggage the following morning after check out time while we waited for our journey to the airport. He then brought our bags to the front door.
The room is absolutely beautiful with lovely exposed original stone work and a very comfortable bed. All facilities were immaculately clean and functional. Toni obviously cares very much for the service he provides.
We can unconditionally recommend the room (and Toni) and will most certainly stay there again when we return!

Location was amazing and Toni was super helpful, he met us and took us to our apartment. Gave us a map of all the important spots and checked in to ensure we were having a wonderful stay. Absolutely amazing experience

Property is located in the heart of castle and very close to the entry for the wall of the castle.
Toni was very helpful and pleasant and gave us all the tips we needed for our trip.
The appointment was clean and tidy and looked very nice aesthetically.
Would definitely recommend for your stay in Dubrovnik.

The property is in a great location within old town and is less than a 5min walk to a swimming area right outside the old town walls. The accomodation itself was perfect for our small group and Toni was super helpful with directions and even helping with our luggage!

Property was bang in the centre of the old town- exactly where you want to be. - so no messing about travelling in. Was clean and spacious. Even a washing line out of the window. Antoni could not have been more helpful. Need to get a bus from port to Pile gate - 1a2or 3 saves you av30 minutes walk to apartment. Would recommend it to anyone!!

Toni was really helpful and proactive in communication. Location (once you find the room once!) is great - central but quiet.
Room was good value.
Toni kindly looked after our bags after we checked out, as our flight wasn’t until late in the evening, so we could explore more comfortably which was really good of him.
Room and bathroom was of good size.
I found the bed really uncomfortable. I sank way too much into it and struggled to sleep. The fire exit sign had a light on it which shone all night too. The sheets and towels were very scratchy and not pleasant - just by upgrading these would make it much nicer.
Hot water ran out very quickly.

Perfect location , host was amazing and very communicative. The room was perfect in my opinion , just what we needed considering we would spend very little time in it. It has everything you need and its super cute and fits in perfectly with the Old Town decor. Very authentic looking. I will be back.
The only minor thing would be the hot water which doesn't last long. Quickest shower ever ! It's manageable though with 10min time intervals.

Excellent location and Toni more than considerate!! He waited for us because our bus was late, and he was attentive throughout the stay in case we needed anything. The room was very nice and comfortable. More than recommended!! :)

The bed was comfy, there were towels and the room was clean and the AC/ WiFi worked. The location was FANTASTIC. Easily the best part. We were only here one night so it was perfect, for a couple it would be great for a few days if you were eating out and didn't need a huge bathroom. There is a mirror outside the bathroom for getting ready if the small bathroom is a concern. There was a small fridge and a kettle for tea and snacks. The restaurants, main Street and sights are all on your doorstep.
