Appartment modern, sicherheitstechnisch topausgestattet, Service prompt und sehr freundlich, gesamte Anlage in überschaubarer Größe und sehr sauber, nicht selbstverständliche Zusatzleistungen wie gratis Fahrradverleih, gratis Strandliegen mit Sonnenschirm, beschatteter Privatparkplatz an der Unterkunft, Riesen-Balkon mit Wäscheständer, immer genug Warmwasser dank eigenem Warmwasserboiler. Bei Reklamation wegen zu harter Matratze und wegen kaputtem Leuchtmittel Problem umgehend gelöst, entgegenkommend bei verspäteter Rückgabe der Fahrräder.
Fehlen von Toaster und Wasserkocher (haben aber auch die meisten anderen Appartments nicht, wie wir erfahren haben), Geruch aus dem Dusche-Abfluss (war einfach zu beheben durch Abdecken), vereinzelte Stellen von Verschmutzung an Geschirr und im Küchenbereich; fehlende Beleuchtung bei den Fahrrädern.

Everything was great from the start to the end; we lived in newly renovated, fully equipped penthouse app. 13 top floor with a big terrace and VIP entrance from the elevator. The booking also included a free parking and free beach access (umbrella with two sun-beds). Elisa is a very nice and helpful host.

Everything was great - we lived in penthouse app. 12, elevator was a nice addition, and a tarrace is perfect!
Not to mention a reserved place on beach - umbrella with two sunbeds.

Location very close to the beach, very clean, free of charge bicycles, and the nicest owner, she gave us also great tips for restaurants!

The Apartment was situated not very central, but still accessible and very close to the amazing beach from Caorle resort.
There must be an insect net mounted on each window. There are many mosquitos active during the night and without a mosquito net it makes the ventilation inside the apartment impossible.

Everything was great. We stayed 12 nights. Location Perfect, quite, 25 minutes to city center by walk. Elisa (the landlord) was really nice and helpful. She explained everything what we needed it (don't afraid to ask anything). You can rent bicycles for free, private beach means you have sun umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach for free. Private parking place. Apartment well equipped, clean. Beds were comfortable.

We loved everything about the apartment. It’s very clean, spacious and well equipped. Special thanks to the owner who is really a wonderful person! She was always available for any questions and she even helped us in the middle of the night when our baby got sick. Thank you very much, and if we return to Caorle we will stay with you again for sure!
The only thing we were missing is mosquito nets on the windows because there were a lot of mosquitoes when we were there. But the apartment has air conditioning so we cooled down the apartment this way.
