The property was in a really good central location. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Location is excellent for walking into Chester, and property was very clean. The hosts were really helpful and got in touch to let us know we’d left something at the property and also contacted us to check everything was okay with check in.
The property looked a bit tired i.e. areas where paint had peeled off on the ceiling in the living room and some of the facilities were a bit minimal (I.e. no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, so difficult for a group of girls getting ready for a night out!) or could do with updating.

The property is in a very good location, close to the city centre. It is an excellent apartment for a group of friends to enjoy time together. It has plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses to eat in, or there are many places to eat out within a short walking distance. There is a car park very close by.

clean, perfect location
unfortunately it wasn’t as nice as the pictures. A little bit shabby and in need of a touch up. we all said it was very “student accommodation” basic furniture and everything painted quite roughly, as though it was a very cheap renovation. The beds were really in comfy as all old spring mattresses. we found it very odd that there were no mirrors apart from small ones in the bathrooms. which made it very difficult for a group of ladies to get ready for the evening. There were only 6 of us and we found it hard with 3 small mirrors so bigger groups will really struggle. I don’t think it would cost much to put a few more mirrors and a floor length mirror in there as I’ve read other reviews with the same feedback. The lighting was also very dim which made doing our make up really difficult too. no where to put cases and clothing apart from a tiny tail on each room with 3 coat hangers

small bedroom small beds no mirrors a very small fridge , cramped in the bedroom supposed to sleep 14 - we had 10 and that was a struggle - this property would comfortably sleep 7-8 not 10 -14

The beds pillows towels and facilities were amazing can't fault anything. Apartment was spotless with tons of space it had more than what we needed down to shower gel and other extras. We will be back!

Location was brilliant for exploring Chester. Good communication with hosts & things were clean and comfortable.

The property was perfect for a small friends reunion. Lots of space and plenty of bedrooms all at a great price. Walking distance of the city centre. Loved that each room was named after a cocktail and had a canvas in each room on how to make cocktail.
Beds were not the comfy and the floorboard were so creaky and loud. But would stay again!

Location and security is great. Facilities in terms of cooking appliances, bedrooms and living space were good.
Communication from the outlook team was great and very straight forward.
Not the cleanest, we found a smear of faeces on the untouched loo roll. Easily disposed of but not a great start. The same bathroom had a faulty light so no lighting wasn’t very helpful and the shower in the same room had a faulty head that required propping up.
