PROS: The setup of the house itself was awesome! It was spacious. It is close to shopping, 95 and the 528.The couches in the TV room were so comfortable and the Wii was so much fun to use on a dreary day. (Although we did have to buy batteries for the remotes).LOVED the jukebox downstairs, but it was a little slow/ornery to play all entered songs.Started playing randomly in the middle of the night.Pool table was great! Connect 4 on the wall was good, but the bottom piece didn't always hold the chips.Lots of SPACE! CONS: Had to email/call owner to ask for AC temperature to be changed every time as there was a lock on the thermostat.This was annoying.The vents for the 3 BD and 2 BA upstairs barely blew any cool air out, even with ceiling fans, it was stuffy to sleep.A box fan or two would've been nice.The pinball machine would not work, even with quarters inserted.When asked the owner the trick to it, she did not reply.The weight machines downstairs were broken, which was super disappointing and dangerous, as the cables were all loose.The grill was great, but filthy and no cleaner to clean it (just a brush). When my husband used it, the grease/oil from it transferred onto his glasses! The entire house needs upgrading,many outlets are loose, popcorn ceiling has several cracks in different rooms,screen doors don't close in pool area and one broken,& there was a truck in the garage which surprised us a little.We did not use the pool or 'spa-pool'.

Great property and location, just one mile from my step son's house. Loved the pool and spa. We didn't heat the spa as it was warm enough. I'd recommend the house to friends and family.

The house was great for three families being together for a wedding event. Only two items for suggestions: 1) more hooks to hang wet towels 2) There are some house keeping items in the rental manual that would be nice to have in the listing - such as...if there are more than 2 loads of laundry, to start the linen laundry.

We are from PA and our family has been traveling to FL ever since I was a kid. I have spent countless summers in Longwood where our Grandparents lived. I searched places endlessly to find a home that brought back those feelings for our family. Paradise did not disappoint! As soon as we opened the door it felt exactly how it did when we used to walk into our Grandparents house, like our second home. Everything was in pristine condition and ready for us to drop our bags and relax. The house had everything you needed for an extended stay and the outside area and pool were perfect for those mornings and afternoons with no plans. Plenty of shaded areas on the property for the dogs to have fun. Landscaping was beautiful with all the natural plants and trees and plenty of yard lizards (anole’s) to make you feel like your in a tropical paradise! Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were as friendly as can be. Host made sure there was a ton of info for things to do around the area in case you were not familiar with the area. Plenty of great food places in and around the area and property is a cool 45 mins to Orlando if your planning on doing any or all of the parks. Extra added bonus was the basement which you don't find in many Florida homes…..the pool table, pinball and darts were a family competition hit! Everything said if your looking for a home away from home to spend your vacation, Paradise is the place for you!

We arrived as the cleaning crew was leaving. The house was spotless. The home is older, very comfortable, and had all a home needs. We loved the 2 pools ( one hot, one cold), and the game room down in the basement. Lots of space and comfort. Nothing new but all in good shape. The highlight was seeing ( and feeling the rumble) of a rocket taking off right from the pool at 10 pm! Unforgettable. We would gladly go back- it felt like a home away from home!

They provide some, but it’s just one roll per bathroom and two trash bags. Walmart is less than 10 min away, so it was not a big deal! The owner and manager were both really responsive and helpful with any issues we had! 10/10 definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our time at this house. The pool and hot tub were awesome!!! The basement was a huge plus we loved the jukebox and pool table. This house is so private in a super quiet neighborhood. Coffee pot is a drip/ kcup. Bring a fan if you sleep with one. Closest beach is playalinda Canaveral National seashore 20 min. There is a $20 charge for a pass for the week but it’s so worth it. The wildlife and views you will see are breath taking. You can also see one of the launch pads. Not crowded just beautiful serene atmosphere. Beware it’s an outhouse area no running water. Best sunset place is parish park. We loved stopping here if you own a jet ski, boat, paddle board, kite surf board this is the place to do it or watch it. Pier 220 is right here too for waterfront dining/bar. We loved this area. Would definitely visit again. House has an awesome owner who is so knowledgeable of the area and responds back immediately to questions. I can’t recommend this house more.
