Great location, price and air con

Nice common area/shared kitchen (unfortunately without sink though). The room was in the basement, which is great in the scorching summer heat. Good value for money.

I needed an apartment right by the train/bus station. It was raining really hard and the host picked me up! The apartment is in lower of a house in old town partially underground. It's split into two different apartments with people sharing the kitchen. I think both have their own private bathrooms. The room is super big and the heater worked great. This is a place to stay with a great host.

The location is great, walking distance to railway station, long distance bus station and to main attractions. I got lost finding the place and the host picked me. Quiet and comfortable bedroom, complimentary coffee and tea, spotless clean.

There is no shower curtain, so after shower the bathroom is all wet.

It was a nice stay, the room is big and clean. There is a shared kitchen with free coffee and tea. This place is located a few minutes away from bus and train station. The owner was kind enough to organise an airport transfer for me early in the morning.

Very close to the train and bus station, transfers available, welcoming host. It is my second stay there and I will surely return when I have to travel to Podgorica.

The room was in a basement and the toilet ventilation led directly into the living room. It's not ideal as the living room is shared between two rooms. It is ideal for a short stay

The accommodation is practically close to everything and the host is really friendly.

Good location, within walking distance of everything. They also allowed me to store my bicycle safely inside the common area. The owner also speaks great English and was very responsive in WhatsApp. The WiFi worked well throughout the entire building. The Kitchen was also very well stocked with Coffee, tea and some candy included.

There's no sink in the kitchen, but luckily there's one just outside the door where you can do the dishes. Might be a bit annoying if it's raining or very cold though. The bathroom drain was blocked, but the owner was very quick to respond. Took seconds to get back to my message and they opened it up first thing in the morning. I thought the place was a bit difficult to find at first. Didn't notice any signs for it, but luckily a local person helped me by walking me to the premises.

Sparkling clean and best location few minutes walk from train/bus station. Easy check in/out. Comfortable beds - good sleep:)

A great value stay at a central location, with free parking on the street nearby and a helpful host who offered us a ride for 15€ to the airport!

We were staying at ORI for the second time. We stayed again because we couldn't imagine anything better. As we already wrote in the first review, the host was great and helped us a lot. The location is great for further connections by train or bus. At the same time, it is not far from the city center. There are nice places to eat in the nearby area. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds in the room. The accommodation is very clean. We hope to return to ORI again and to be able to say hello to Amir again.

To have a more time to enjoy apartment and may be stay forever :) :) :)

Very nice host giving tips and reccomendations of what u can see in Podgorica and Montenegro. You can book an airport transfer with him which is super convenient. Very good location close to the bus station.

There is no sink in the kitchen which is a bit inconvenient but ok if you dont stay very long.

Communication with host was very good, our flight was delayed and there was no problem with later check in. Very close to the bus station

Great location, great host, comfortable rooms! Host Amir is helpfull, communicative and really nice person. Thank you again Amir! We booked immediately ORI again for last night in Podgorica! We felt like home. Towels, equipped kitchen with fridge, excellent beds, hot water... Everything you need!!
