Host didnt speak a word of english No WiFi (broken) Bathroom was dirty, and smelt of mould

The manner of the host was not welcoming. He prioritised a phone call over his guests and when we accessed the apartment he listed the problems. It seemed like a work in progress. The bathroom is very poor, with mould on the ceiling and between the shower tiles. Also the plumbing of the toilet is easily disturbed apparently. Please note that the main town is a steep climb above the apartment (look on the bright side...it affords really good exercise)..

The location was perfect, the photos on booking .com were very accurate, the hosts son was a dream to ask any questions as he spoke perfect English. All in all a perfect place to spend your holiday in Sciacca.

Nice flat with easy parking close by (September). Everything needed for holidays home is there. On the port there are few very nice restaurant and good fish shops!! Nice location to visit the south west of Sicily!

Unfortunately the oven was broken for some good fish but the close restaurant saved us!
