Unfortunately, the reservation price has been raised. This is not their right, although they have already deducted half the price. Also the electricity is turned off on a daily basis

Availability of restaurants and grocery store in the ground floor. Location and distance to main attractions and cities including tourist programs which can be also assisted by the hotel is added value.

Minor maintenance issues which were immediately resolved.

The room i booked is 45meter and they give me corner and small room & i tried to call reception all the night but the line kept busy till morning.

1. Good location. We chose this hotel because it is outside the city but not far. Mainly, this saved us time going Uzongol and Ayder as main tourist places. Availability of 3 bedroom apartments with cleaning services and buffet breakfast.

1. Parking in front of the hotel is hassle. The hotel plus 4 other shops and restaurants are using about 15 parking spaces of 2.5m wide each! 2. The hotel rooms are not soundproofed so all surrounding sounds are heard. The most annoying thing about sounds is the sound of people taking shower and flushing on apartments above. You can hear loud sound of sewage water passing through. Basically, this was the disgusting fact we had to deal with. 3. Breakfast buffet available but very limited choices and not changed in menu despite restaurant staff noticing return of food on dishes mainly untouched. 4. Extra cleanness is required on bedsheets, pillows, and blankets. I requested an extra blanket but received one and could not use because it was smelly and heavily used. It was not given with cover!
