The scenery

The hotel only use the electricity for bathroom from solar energy, without backup from traditional water heater while the weather in Dalat is so cool. That night I go to bathroom quite late (nearly 12pm) and there is no hot water left. That's so uncomfortable. => The villa should install traditional water heater to backup.

The garden was lovely

The livingroom was dusty, the bathroom and bedroom had mould on the walls. There were beer cans and rubbish on the verandah.

Nice place, very close to Xuan Huong lake.

We stayed on the rooftop room, and noise from the water pump during night time, really annoying.

Good sized room in an attractive new property. Very comfortable.

It’s down a lane with poor drainage that completely flooded during our stay, making it difficult to access on foot. That said, no one seems to walk anywhere in Vietnam, so perhaps not a problem for most.
