It was all we hoped it could be.

I thought the room was very modern.

They didn't have coffee ready in the morning. The staff gave an excuse that their coffee pot was broken or extremely slow. Very dissapointing.

I was charged $20.00 for "incidentals" whatever that is. Called the hotel and they said that was common practice and my $20.00 would be refunded. I will be watching and waiting for my refund.

Modern but dirty

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating

The room felt cramped. The bed coverings in the first room we had was stained and hair was on the bed. We were offered a different room after I showed them pictures.

All in all we had a good time.

The friendliness and the hospitality of everyone..and close to my daughter..

Room could have been a little more cleaner and rooms should be check for any maintenance...shower head splater water everywhere bathroom door didn't open all the way could have dust better too vacuuming would haven't hurt to do.
