location great. room has walls etc a bit renovation needs. balcony door hard to open. the big tv room air really noisy and water leaking, but they at least try to fix it, but just same at the next day

Quite place to stay with a lot of parking lots. The cleanliness of the room is fine and the viewpoint at 37th floor is very suitable for taking a good shot of Pattaya gulf and fireworks.

The viewpoint on 37th floor closed at 9pm thats not long enough for Fireworks event and our room is on 8th floor which not high enough for enjoy fireworks. There is a bad smell on the Hallway of our floor.

Nice apartment with separate bedroom. Good bathroom also, but the water in the shower ran very slowly down the drain.

The WORST "elevator system" in the world...and I have been to many!! It's a "new" building with 4 elevators(!), but we where standing almost 5 min and waiting for one of the elevators to arrived...EVERY time ! And the aircon didn't work in my floor, so we where boiled waiting for the elevators to come. And remember...there was aprx 32 floors and "100's" of apt. ! And the bed was exatremely hard !!
