Stunning sea view from the balcony. Felt very secure and safe. The building was very well kept. Location was good, very close to the tram station for the city centre.

It was quite small and was all in 1 room so your bed was also in the living room. This was fine for a couple but would not really suit 2 friends.

The location , the sweet lady called cynthia who was always very helpful. The accessories in the kitchen all upto date.. for a stay cation or work vacation it's best to just buy the necessary groceries and not waste money on cutlery as the house has all things covered. All necessary places, restaurants medicine stores souvenir shops all nearby best experience. Will definitely come again

The toilet was too small and crammed with the washing machine but I guess most of Europe has such small toilets.....the bed was very soft but a little small for 2 tall people.

Very comfortable apartment with great sea views, very easy to get to from the airport by tram and everything is within walking distance of some shops! Cynthia is a very hospitable and helpful person, she can explain everything and show you some interesting place in Nice.

Along the promenade. More quiet location than the very centre, so it's more relaxing. Bus stop outside, taking into the centre or a 20 minute walk along the promenade. Small supermarket next door. Balcony overlooking the sea with great view. Apartment very clean. Host is very accommodating.
