Great location, clean, as billed.

We rented this home to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at Seaside. We were very happy with the home and all it offered including location, cleanliness, and amenities. We will recommend to friends visiting Seaside!

Picked the place due to the proximity to everything and the space. It was the perfect place. Kitchen was well stocked and was even able to check in an hour early which was really helpful with kiddos. Would definitely rent again.

The property was fine. The location to downtown was good but the neighborhood did not feel very safe. We couldn’t park our SUV in the driveway or garage, which we didn’t know ahead of time. The property had zero communication with us from the time we booked 11 months ago until the day before check in. Updates or “looking forward to your stay” would have been nice so we were more prepared for what to expect.

The property was fine. The location to downtown was good but the neighborhood did not feel very safe. We couldn’t park our SUV in the driveway or garage, which we didn’t know ahead of time. Updates or “looking forward to your stay” would have been nice so we were more prepared for what to expect.

Very comfortable rental. We were pleasantly surprised that there were baby gates (1 needs 2 screws that are missing) and a booster seat with tray. There isn't a table so I just set the baby in the seat on a towel on the floor and that worked great. The bedrooms are spacious, especially the room with the bunks. I was able to easily set up the pack and play (we provided) and still had plenty of room. We were very comfortable with the AC given the warm days. Everything is in walking distance. It was a very enjoyable stay and we plan to come back again!

The location is fantastic for walking or driving. We really liked having a garage to park in. It felt like home having a garage door opener and being able to just drive back and go in through the garage. Only used front door once. The house was perfect for our family.

The property has a great location. It's within walking distance of the carousel mall and the all the main "touristy" things in Seaside. It could have been cleaner, however. There were crumbs in the kitchen, the coffee pot still had coffee in it, one of the stools in the living room had food (?) or something smeared on its side, and the shower in the hall bathroom upstairs had hair all over it - I don't think it was cleaned at all. The bedsheets in the master bedroom had hair and debris on the top edge, but, I don't think this was from the sheets not being changed. There was a gap between the headboard and the mattress, allowing hair and debris to collect. I think when the cleaners changed the sheets, some of this got picked up on the clean sheets. So, some cleaning needs to be done in that gap. Also, the mattress is extra deep and the sheets are not, so the sheets pop off constantly. Finally, the parking was great for one vehicle (garage), but I don't think a second car would fit that easily in the driveway, as it's short and steep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. Light and bright kitchen. We only had one complaint about our stay. There were only two wash cloths, and we had 4 people. We just went and bought a cheap pack of washcloths to use, but it was inconvenient. Overall, highly recommend this property.

This townhouse is conveniently located just one block from the promenade and the beach. It is in a quiet location while also being within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. As another reviewer noted, the forks are unusual and are difficult to eat with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this spot again.

We were very impressed with this home. It was clean and very spacious for our family! We loved the location and look forward to staying here again.

Great location, clean, comfy beds. The kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of dishes and gadgets in the kitchen. My only recommendation would be to bring your own forks. The style they have are different……like mini pitch forks lol. Adults were ok with it but they weren’t great for the kids. Also bring tinfoil if you need it for anything. Will stay here again when visiting seaside!

This townhouse was great! It was just a couple of blocks to the beach and a short walk to the main strip (Broadway St.). The property was very clean and had beach chairs and a good supply of coffee filters, salt and pepper (etc.)... All that stuff you're not sure about when you're renting a house. I also saw some beach toys for kids. Some have commented on homeless or the blight across the street. I didn't notice any homeless and as for the rundown place across the street, they didn't seem to bother anyone. They are just living their best life in a beach town. I felt comfortable letting my teenage kids run free. I really appreciated the code lock on the door and the access to the garage for parking. It made things very easy. My one suggestion would be to add a coded garage door opener as well. The garage has a hose to get ride of sand on your things and yourself before going into the house, bit since the garage door open was kept in our car during the stay, we needed to go through the house to get to the garage. Also, while there is internet access with a smart TV in the living room, there is no cable/satellite satalite and the TV in the master bedroom only has a DVD player hooked up to it. I connected my computer to it via HDMI. There was no TV in the "kids" room. I was a little disappointed to miss the opening of the Olympics, but it's not the end if the world. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

We Loved It! Our party consisted of 4 adults, a two year old, and a baby. When we opened the front door we knew we'd enjoy our stay, it was lovely and just right for our family. We were close to the beach and town making the property perfectly located. We cooked-in each day rather than go out for meals and enjoyed the space to do that in. Do be aware the unit is counter-top dining with stools. As our family likes to sit down and eat together we packed a folding table and chairs and brought them with us. We resituated the two arm chairs and everything worked out great. We'd definitely book there again! ***A plus to add would be regular dinner forks!

We stayed here for my daughters 5th birthday and had a fabulous time! She absolutely loved the bunk beds! We were amazed by all that the property had to offer. There was a bbq, games, a decent size garage to park your vehicle, chairs to take to the beach, fireplace, and a few items for a baby. We didn’t realize until we got there but totally forgot our pack n play for our 1 year old...BUT they have one there in the closet of the master bedroom (thank goodness!!!). There was also a little portable high chair stored in the kitchen and games for kids/family. The location was absolutely great! You are like 1-2 blocks from the boardwalk with beach access and about 4-5 blocks from the strip of shops/restaurants. So glad to have found this place!

Very convenient to beach lots of stairs which were fine for us the check in was very easy and house was very clean nice stay
