Reception people arent polite and like to scream in any discussion and check in time is late.

the rooms are spacious and relatively new. close to groceries, car rental shops and restaurants. there is a very close by Masjid as well.
Maintenance is poor, toilet drain was block and was flooding during our stay.

If you're looking for a clean place to sleep, this one is perfect. However, mind you, this is not a hotel, so there don't provide hotel service/facilities such as water, tea/coffee in rooms, room service etc.
They don't have central ac. There was 2 units ac, one in the living room and one in the bedroom - which wasn't working. Considering this is not a hotel, they don't have 'real windows'.
