Great location just 10 minutes from the middle of town. House had a great view over the bay and was very comfortable. 4 adults stayed and we had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the space.

The house was clean, but we had an old towel left in the upstairs bathroom. Stove had to be lite with matches.

The property was very neat and clean, it exceeded our expectations the view over Albany was great, close to all attractions in the Town

The Hot water service was a problem, it did not have the hot Water on due to Power outage but the Upstairs shower ran cold very easily.

The views are spectacular. Living areas on both levels. Fully enclosed garage with high door:

Driveway only suitable for small cars and tight to access garage for a 4WD

Location good.

House needs a thorough clean. Kitchen equipment needs to be reviewed and added to.

So minor but Couldn’t find placemats.

Excellent location.

The property was not as clean as one would like. Specifically and in no particular order: 1. cobwebs: both outside and in 2. sliding door runners were filthy 3. extractor fans - very dirty 4. kitchen tap - nothing that a bit of elbow grease and toothbrush couldn't fix 5. Parking for 1 vehicle only
